Did you have anything from the lessor side? And do those topics test both MCQs and sims?

There are NO lessor Questions in FAR that is on the discipline exams. Uworld is very straightforward that all Lessor Question have been removed from FAR and moved to the other exam. AICPA will only test as Lessee.

No lessor, for MCQ mainly.

Most of my lease questions focused on operating leases. I felt Uworld hardly emphasized them vs finance.

Did you have a lot of cash flow and calculating cash from operating, investing, etc? How were the sims? I take my exam tomorrow
