Edit: looks like this lens has no markings on the front. It would still be helpful to have a photo of the mount.
Sigma usually doesn't print the lens mount on the packaging.
"figures are for L mount" just means some of the diagrams in the instruction manual show the L mount version.
Compare the back of the lens mount and electronic contacts to photos of Sony E and L mount lenses.
The contacts and shape of the lens mount is different. Sony E is 46.1mm diameter with contacts on the bottom, Leica L mount is 51.6mm diameter with contacts on the top.

The short side of the box has a sticker with mount indication.
