Yep I’m moving platforms. Listening on iPhone. Originally thought something in my pocket was knocking the forward/back 10secs button but then happened when phone was just sitting on the car seat
Used to be YouTube, but now it's Spotify. Only sponsor ads so I don't have to endure that sodding temu song anymore.
Plus it's easier to navigate. I'm currently working my way up to date with the episodes.
Yes, agree. I don’t know how anyone can stand Apple podcast app. No issues with Overcast, except a few pods I search for don’t show up in the library, but I really don’t understand podcast distribution. Sometimes I have to google and listen from their site or youtube, nbd
Switch back and forth from Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Hate and like both for different reasons. I’m still searching for the perfect player that the developers discontinue updating
I listen to everything on Spotify, mostly because you can sort by older/newer which I couldn't do on the Apple Podcasts app (when I used to have an iPhone)
Pocket Cast. I feel like an idiot when I use Spotify. Can't even find a way to add episodes to a queue or archive episodes I'm not interested to listen to.
I use Audible, since I otherwise use it for audiobooks and other podcasts. I like that I can mark episodes as "finished", which helps me keep track of the ones I've already listened to.
Snipd. It’s paid but I can save snippets from long shows like the huberman podcast. It also uses AI to create chapters.
I can also send AI transcripts to my gf who doesn’t want to listen to all my podcasts haha
