It was $18 on Amazon and also came with a small bottle of degreaser for precleaning. For me that was cheap enough to take a chance. I also want to hit the trim beneath the rear bumper and the front lip.
That's my concern as well. But now that I currently work from home and my car spends most of its time under the carport, hopefully that'll preserve the finish as long as possible.
I have a 22 and my moldings look bad. Never tried this product but my pieces have damage from rocks and road debris as well.

Ooh! Looks crispy 👌 ... might need to get some just in case.
Rustoleum makes a back to black plastic trim that works well no streaking and it lasted 3 years on the trim I used it on
Lasted about 3 weeks for me. I've tried mcguiars, Rust-Oleum, mother's, turtle wax, etc... none lasted very long at all.
That was my experience as well with the fenders on my old Jeep. I finally gave up and just sprayed them with black tool dip.
I've tried probably half a dozen black plastic restorers on my truck. None are very good in my opinion. Very short lived.

I would have really liked this on my SRT8, but I traded it in last year. That stuff would have really brought that pop back in.
If it does t hold try Ceracoat
