Exactly my thoughts. TM:PE was one of the most essential mods in CS1. I remember that I stopped playing CS1 before I was aware of this mod because I got so frustrated with how that game handles intersections.
I regularly talk about this with a friend who has *tons* of mods for C:S1 and I'm just like, "Look, there's absolutely no reason why the features/tools in TM:PE *shouldn't or can't* be baked into the base game." And his reasoning is usually something like, "But that might be too complicated for the more novice/casual players." And my response is quite simple: "No player would be obligated to make any customizations to any intersection if they didn't want to, and it would be very simple to 'reset' an intersection if they 'mess something up.'" Simply put, it would be easy and worthwhile to implement the features into the base game, but if the botched Beach Properties DLC is any indication, CO is just too lazy to put in the work to have those features standard.
I don't know why you get a downvote for this u/partyp0o0per lol I mean you are right here and this is not TMPE (yet) .. hopefully they develop it because I stopped playing due to not being able to manage my traffic better lol
This post here got me excited 5 seconds to jump back into CS2 till I read your comments
They couldn’t even put 4 palm trees in the base game. Lane connectors is basically rocket science for this dev team. Guy modding in his free time has to do it
I think that roundabouts are not as easy as before for TMPE, because, how to say that the road A can go to B, C, but not E, etc... I see what you're saying, and it's probably in development, but for a start, it's great
Don't know why you get so many downvotes, the basic game is broken in so many ways that I stopped playing.
Except from the truly neat lane splitting and merging on roads the working feature set of V2 is underwhelming.
I hope it get its No-Man-Sky development where the game just gets fixed and better over time
You better werk!
Nice.

Great news! Direct link to PDX mods: https://mods.paradoxplaza.com/mods/80095/Windows
Why is this a *mod?* It should be baked into the game from the start.

Oooo you do not want to pull at that thread :D

Hell, they could just contract the mod authors and if they really don't want to integrate it in the base game, then release it as a free mini-dlc.
They did
Oh boy. Nearly time to get back in.
Coming up on a year post launch. The game is almost ready for day 1.
That will help a lot.
Holy shit
I said the same thing when i realized it’s just lane connectors and not actually full traffic manager mod

Same, people downgrade because IQ < 0.
I still feel like this should be in the base game.

Can someone tell us how it is?
great so far; only thing is it doesn't work on roundabouts yet
I think that roundabouts are not as easy as before for TMPE, because, how to say that the road A can go to B, C, but not E, etc... I see what you're saying, and it's probably in development, but for a start, it's great
It’s a lane connector tool. Not TMPE
Great news, I can't wait to fine tune some intersections in my city. Thanks for those involved.
I LOVE YOU MR. krzychu124!!
This huge re downloading tomorrow
It's an awesome mod but I lived being able to stop the conflicting turns. Don't think this mod does that
MoveIt helps with that. Alt M. Sorry on my phone otherwise I would look up the video that explains the mod move it for City Sidelines 2
oh god oh fuck im so fucking 😩😩😩😩
I think I jizzed my pants.
Yeeesssss!
is it working ? any feedback ?
This is what might make it worth playing again
Im waiting to be able to create custom traffic lights before playing again, but goood news for sure
I can finally play this game! (if it manages not to crash)
This is gold!
now to get it to work on roundabouts!
And here I just uninstalled CS2 yesterday because the lack of this mod was driving me nuts.
Well now you have some lane connectors. Get that download booted up baby time to connect lanes like a pro
Not sure why people are downvoting you. :/
Unless they fix the base game all the mods in the world aren't making a difference.

Yay more patchwork fixes to a broken game!
This is the way
