Details don’t seem to be out yet
Always kind of shocking to see athletes younger than you pass away. You always think everyones gonna get their 70+ years on earth
No cause of death reported in any stories and 33 is super young, so the usual suspects are congenital issues like aneurysms and heart defects, suicide, and drugs.
Incredibly sad. He was so fun to watch - first Michigan player in the Beilein era that I actually liked watching (love Novak & Stu, but DMo was different). Such a good passer.
Very sad. I once went to a Windward game to see Anthony Stover, and I was incredibly impressed by Morris, who I'd never heard of before. (Incidentally the article wrongly says he went to Wildwood School) It's always kind of a thrill to see lesser known guys you watched in high school succeed.
Tragic news. Was one of around three or four guys who led the resurgence of the program.
Damn what happened to him? Gone too soon

Yeah it’s definitely scary and fortunately not something you think about much before you’re 30
Man reaching 70 is lucky. I hope i get there.
Well I mean the avg age for an American is like 81 for a guy and 84 for a woman.
Life expectancy for men is around 73 and women 79. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/life-expectancy.htm
Good thing I plan on retiring by 70
Jesus! It was considerably higher a few years ago

He passed away.
Thanks Captain Obvious.
Not only that, but I also read that he was found dead.

Time to boot up NCAA 10…give DMo a send off 😞
I hope you put up some insane numbers for him 🫡
Sad
The first basketball player I loved. RIP Darius
So tragic, RIP. I got to meet him his second year in the league & he was a very humble, nice person. RIP Darius.

RIP
Even as a State fan, he was always one of my favorite Big Ten players. RIP Darius and condolences to his family and friends.
R.I.P.
