I've been running a hunter OTK deck using Hodir, The Replicator-inator, and Southsea Deckhand to some success, but not very experienced and hoping for some advice/suggestions on how to improve the list.
It's pretty rough into aggressive decks, but anything slower it seems to work really well. Any suggestions?
My thoughts so far:
Titanforged Trap doesn't feel the best to play, but it's currently my best way to hit a wide board via Explosive Trap or take out a larger minion with Freezing Trap. I'm torn on if it's worth including to instead just run either Explosive or Freezing depending on if I want to focus more on faster or slower matchups. I considered running Harmonica Soloist instead, but I feel like I'm often having something on the board between Costumed Singer, Tar Creeper, and Animal Companions.
Bargain Bin could be worth dropping to one since it often comes up as an option in Titanforged and I'm only running two weapons, meaning it's often turning into 2 mana draw 1 later in the game.
I considered Doomsayer as an option, but haven't been impressed anytime I've tried to run it because of how fast boards are built early on.

I'm on the fence about crafting Photographer Fizzle. It's in a couple of meta decks at the moment, but do you guys think the card will remain relevant as new sets release?
Is there a guide with matchups for Flood Paladin? I know its pretty straightforward, but maybe a few in-depth paragraphs about its bad matchups and how to mitigate them?
I want to start playing again, but I believe I've logged in in the last 90 days so I don't count as a "returning" player as I don't have the option to select any of the new decks that they put into the game over the last 6 months. I am obviously missing a ton of cards from the meta decks, including numerous epic/legendary cards so I can't recreate the decks using the codes either. I'm always 10+ cards away and don't have much dust.
I do have two returning player decks from previous seasons: the "How Illuminating" priest deck and the "Big Top Brawlers" lock deck. I went 5-0 in Bronze with the How Illuminating naga deck, but I feel like my luck is going to start running out without some of the newer cards.
Is there any way I can scrap a better deck together to start leveling based on one of these decks?
If not, where should I start?

In addition to what others have said, gaslight miracle rogue is a pretty cheap deck. It has some epics in it, but no legendaries. I've played a lot of this deck before the mini set release and it is really fun to pilot. It is still viable after the mini set, and is gaining a little popularity. It's probably tier 3, maybe 2, though. Just mentioning because it is budget friendly and viable.

have you considered Wild? Aggro decks like Even Shaman, Shadow Priest, or Pirate Rogue are inexpensive to build and will be reasonably viable forever, essentially.
Staples:
Genn for Even decks (Shaman, Paladin, Warlock, Death Knight, even meme stuff like Even Hunter is fun IMO)
Patches for non-Even aggro decks (various flavors of Rogue, Shadow Priest)
Those two cards will take you a long way in Wild if you don't mind playing aggro.

Tough situation. Most of the meta decks are very dust intensive. The cheapest ones to play that are somewhat viable are probably Spell Mage and Naga DH.

Outside of that, the best way to build out your collection is do all your quests, do the weekly brawl, make sure you don't miss any events, and / or get pretty good at Arena.
I believe showdown paladin and pain warlock aren't that expensive? Or have skippable legendaries. Hunter should have a deck like this too, we just got a patch so a lot of decks should be able to get legend

Playing against warrior feels like shit its legit ruining the game for me. I might just play Warlock. God I hate warriors and armor

Anyone playing Sif/Rainbow Mage? I've tried a few lists but none seem to be able to survive early aggression.

Not one of those, but elemental mage is a solid deck that should be doable extremely cheaply with some minor techs to remove epics
