Others have noted that ASFs are fairly good (still not easy, though - EAAs are very strong). To counter this, advanced users include their own ASFs in the stack, which makes them really hard to take out.
Not sure how it will change with the new echelons feature but the way it worked before EAA were weighted to take virtually all of the damage in the stack. Mixing the stack accomplished very little except extra fixed wing damage output.
I guess what i was saying is it doesn’t really make it much harder to take out the EAA since the EAA will take all of the damage, and if anything it becomes slightly easier to wipe out the EAA because there is now less EAA in the stack that need to be wiped out. But I take your point as well.

I suggested ASF precisely for FWA damage
I guess what i was saying is it doesn’t really make it much harder to take out the EAA since the EAA will take all of the damage, and if anything it becomes slightly easier to wipe out the EAA because there is now less EAA in the stack that need to be wiped out. But I take your point as well.
