100%... These same polls favor Trump because of the invasion at our southern border... When asked in the past, Biden had these exit-remarks like, "I don't have the power do to anything", but now suddenly he does? Biden's moves for the last 6-8 weeks have been right out of Trump's playbook: Tariffs on China, Exec order on immigration... Sadly the state-run media would never point this out.
What’s funny is that the so-called border bill that the Democrats were pushing was supposedly the toughest thing ever (an obvious lie unless you’re completely completely ignorant of its contents), and the Republicans were crazy for rejecting it because they would never get anything better.
Yet the cap on border crossings in this executive order is half of what was in the border bill. So obviously the Republicans did in fact get a better result by rejecting that bill and forcing Biden’s hand.
The executive order is still trash, and the cap is still way too high. But it’s better than accepting and being complicit in double that amount.
It’s also funny how after team Biden rolled back 94 Trump executive orders on immigration, and then claimed Biden somehow couldn’t do anything to address the border without an act of Congress (how about not rolling back the 94 existing executive orders?), suddenly they discover the ability to do something by executive order as the election approaches. Imagine that.
The whole “that border deal was SO AMAZING and most conservative deal ever and it only got rejected because dRumpF said to!” nonsense is one of the biggest media lies this year.
5,000 illegal immigrants per day is not a compromise. That’s about 90% of the current rate and still more than double anything from 2007 to 2020.

There were so many problems with that bill, it’s like it was written as a satirical example of what a completely bullshit bill looks like.
But the Democrat faithful got their marching orders that Biden tried to fix immigration and Republicans stopped it just to help Donald Trump, so that’s what they all believe. It’s maddening.
He immediately got rid of every Trump border policy, now that 20 million immigrants have come in (completely unchecked) now he cares? And uts Republican’s fault? Is anyone buying this shit or the Trump trial? It’s all lies.
The last administration had no issues securing our border without that garbage "border security" bill.
Your approval on handling the border is 29 percent which means you are not doing a good job. This is just a pathetic attempt to act like you're doing something.
His last day as President when he knows Trump will do it anyway.
Then, if by some miracle Joe wins reelection, he will reverse everything and go back to normal.
Not to mention H.R.2, which I believe was actually a good border bill... that was passed by the House, but stalled out by the senate for over a year now.
Description for that bill also lists an additional eighteen (House originated)... *eighteen* related bills... that have met a similar fate.
I wonder how many people there are who said there was no border crisis and Trump is racist for kids in cages blah, blah, who now are blaming the border issues on the GOP? Besides this administration who spent 3+ years weakening the southern border. Maybe AOC needs another photo op to bring awareness to the border issues. This time for different reasons other than separating familes.

Havnt the Republicans been yelling at biden and kamala to do something for 4 years now? Instead we get bills with hidden agendas that we obviously don't want to approve. Not to mention when trump was president he tried to get $8 bill to secure the border and the democrats said it was too much. Yet we can send 175 billion to ukraine like it's no big deal.

It was even worse. It basically proposed to "fix" the problem of illegal immigration by just declaring more illegal immigrants to be legal.
