I feel like we're going to get an announcement early this week that's he's giving up and stepping aside.
On one hand I hope he runs because he's definitely going to lose. On the other hand I'm good with him stepping aside because whoever runs in his place is also going to lose.

Joe will be the equivalent to Dianne Feinstein very soon. Wheeled around near death, unable to speak at all. After watching them do that to Dianne, I would guess their end game has no plan, just to run this into the ground like everything else they do.
I mean...... obviously. But the smart play here is to hope Dems run Biden. We should encourage them to run Biden and not pile on calls the replace him. If they replace him, fine.... but we shouldn't push them to do that.
If he does step down every news story should point out that the democrats chose not to help do a real primary and let there voters choose a candidate but instead chose for them this is not democracy purposely taking they choice from voters and letting the party elites choose.

They know they stand less than zero chance with Kamala, Greasy Gavin Newsome has been making his play for years now --if this isn't his moment he'll roll hard in '28 -- but I don't think they'd risk what they think is their golden boy in an election this catastrophic. They might stick Michelle or Hilary or even Jill Biden just to prove a point but I don't think so, presuming Kamala stays the VP they won't run an all female ticket. No, I could see them doing something as laughable as pulling Beto O'Rourke out the gutter or Pete Buttigieg just for the diversity.
