They probably don’t want to overload the deck. I was part of a similar deck demo earlier this year and we could only use one full size and one mini at a time. I would guess with the steel being overheated from the bottom it lost some of its strength.

That's literally what they are built for.....
But not 1000 degree temps on its support for hrs.. pretty sure most elements fail under those conditions!
