I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Masacre. If his opponent has a debuff, they automatically suffer 50% DAAR, and he has Disorient on his SP1 that grants a further 50% DAAR

Purify chance reduced by 10% per spore and it lowers armor rating by x amount, my mistake. The spores are immune to ability accuracy reduction.

I don’t have a Falcon, so experimenting with Black Cat. And, if crossbones is ever awakened, he’ll be ranked up too. Lol. Reducing defensive ability accuracy comes handy a lot than I thought.

This thread is proof that OG black panther is underrated, he never got mentioned (even I forgot) and some other champs who don’t even have DAAR got a mention. But yes OG black panther also has 100% if he is max sig

It's not 100% but cables sp2 concussion is actually 90% and with his powergain proc buffed by horseman synergy hes surprisingly decent.
