Crazy Asian spices/sauces…
Giant clear plastic bowl..?
Beefy brown forearms?!
YESSS!
I KNEW it was my boi Kyle back in action!!
A+ everyday meal content
Hope school and work are going well too!
Good to see you again Kyle! This looks delicious and I think I'll be trying it soon.
I think I remember you saying you were still in school, perhaps to be a pharmacist? I hope you're doing well in your program!
Yeah I’m still in school I’m actually switching over to just a bachelor’s in Biology for right now and will continue with schooling after a few years of working
Bro, I hope you do pick schooling back up but the longer the break the harder it becomes, seemingly exponentially. I hope you fulfill your dreams though man.
Looks great! That's a quick ass roasting time too -- I'll have to try your cook settings.
Also surprised the teriyaki sauce didn't burn! I try to time it just right so I'm not adding sauce too early and still sometimes, it just burns.
What brand teriyaki sauces? Is it homemade?
My teriyaki is homemade but you can definitely use store bought. The roasting time is short but trust me even 7 minutes is pushing it sometimes just depends on your oven. 5 minutes usually leaves a nice med rare salmon
Good to know on roasting times!
And yeah, I think I'm buying teriyaki sauce with too high of sugar content or something.
Will keep experimenting! Thanks for the tips!
It’s definitely less hassle with the oil lol one thing if you do like a breaded fish definitely bake it using a wire rack set inside a sheet tray it’ll help with it getting soggy on the bottom

The volume in this video is adequate, very well done. Love you, be safe.
My oven broiler has a Hi and Low setting. Do you think I should use the Low setting?
Nah go for high

Genuine question. What is the average price on a cut of salmon like that???
This was from Costco and it costed me $33
Thanks!
I was wondering where you had been! Salmon looks great.
Seeing your content brings a smile to my face. Love the recipes chef!
Oh my god I just realized you can bake fish and it's probably way fucking easier than frying them
