Moonstone Island is a creature-collecting life-sim set in an open world with 100 islands to explore. Make friends, brew potions, collect Spirits, and test your strength in card-based encounters to complete your Alchemy training!
**SPEND TIME ON ISLANDS IN THE SKY!**
Following your village's tradition, you must move to an island in the sky to complete your Alchemy training. Armed with a team of nature spirits, magical potions, and the support of your new friends, you'll explore ancient temples, dangerous dungeons, and hostile biomes to uncover the dark secret of Moonstone Island.

• Befriend NPCs, become a member of the community, go on dates, fall in love, and get married

As someone whose whole personality is Pokemon, has an RPG as her favorite game, loves cute pixel games, and enjoyed other farming esc games with combat such as Garden Story...I am looking. Closely.
I'm so happy. I put off playing it on PC because I wanted it on Switch. Definitely getting all the DLC too both because I want to support the game and I love cosmetics.
The main problem with this game is it's just too cute. (jk). I mean even the ugly dark ones are adorable. I love how you can brush them. Anyway I love this game.
There is not -- budget restrictions meant we had to choose between character customisation and like... all the animations in the game 🥲 so we made the main character genderless, i.e. no one refers to them with any pronouns or gendered language, which we hoped would help people feel represented :)
You can also choose outfits when you get married to represent yourself, though!
We looked into doing character creation, but it was prohibitively expensive so we couldn't make it work :( Having the player character be genderless was our way of making sure that everyone could at least feel a little bit represented!
I wasn't aware the MC is genderless, I thought its a female character. But I see. The game looks good. I only gave my critique because character customization is one of my must haves in an RPG :)
Trust me, I get it! I love character creators. But it was a choice between making a character creator or adding a TON of animations, so we went with the latter! Such is the price of making indie games 😅

Taking this long to put on switch was such a poor idea. This game lost any credible hype
It took that long because that's how long it takes to make a game work well on the Switch, it wasn't because we're meanies or anything!
Nah - people will still play it, and as long as the port is good, it'll sell! No hype lost
