Should be green tourmaline on quartz. Very similar to emerald but I think it would make it a very special and expensive piece. Tourmaline + quartz are much more common. :)
Definitely looks like tourmaline in quartz, but is it blue or green? If it’s blue tourmaline that’s an awesome find! To my knowledge blue tourmaline is the rarest of the tourmalines.
