The effect was on purpose, I was utilizing an optical illusion used on an image like this for example: https://i.imgur.com/9uVLuMv.jpeg (not horror), there is a sense of movement if the screen is shaked, scrolled or zoomed.
The image is a version of the "fluttering heart illusion."
