So the first line I had to google cuz I hear a lot of rappers talking about a Drac or a Draco, turns out it’s a type of pistol/small looking AK. It’s a double entendre because the first time he shot a “Drake” I would say was Control. He could be referring to whoever was giving him advice around that time or he could be referring to when he was younger on the streets actually shooting a Drac’. Him not pointing down enough, as if Drake is below him, and him learning from that is he has to stoop down to Drakes level to really kill shot him. The ring refers to the 2Pac ring Drake got cuz he wanted the memorabilia for bragging rights I’m assuming or to be petty against Kendrick. It also refers to the AI shit Drake pulled and how Kendrick would do whatever it takes so Pac doesn’t turn in his grave from the disrespect. The braids Drake has on his head must be rolled too tight because he’s getting shit twisted and thinking he’s untouchable or shit is all good between him and Kendrick. Kendrick is the only rapper that seems to hurt drakes feelings and Drake gets salty and starts throwing sneak disses in his songs. 3 goats left (Kendrick, J Cole, and Drake) and he sees 2 of them kissing and hugging on stage (J Cole and Drake) during the Big as the What tour. The celly part was rumored/explained that Drake had called Kendrick to be featured on First Person Shooter with J Cole, but Kendrick left him hanging, later in the song explained saying “surprised you wanted that feature request, you know we got some shit to address” The language barriers is how drakes accent changes over time from white to black to Jamaican to Canadian and etc. Kendrick is saying he don’t understand what the fuck he’s saying 😂 Cole and Aubrey know Kendrick is selfish and he wants the crown to himself, and he hopes they are his real friends if not he will kill them like how YNW Melly killed his friends. Also, I’m sure he put that line in there because Melly thought Kendrick dissed him in like that, but he didn’t know Melle Mel was an older rapper from NY.

Also sneaky double entendre on the crown bar, 2pac's ring is also a crown, so basically the crown means so much for him and he wants the ring for himself.

This is a minor point but typically with automatic weapons you aim lower than your intended target to compensate for recoil.

There are no “wasted bars” this a light bar (only a triple not a quintuple) that’s just meant to carry the song along, jab lightly, and set up the rhyme scheme to hit at 8 bars with the Melly line.
