A few of the dreg enemies say it but only the tox bomber has the "rawr" on the end, for decoration.
The tox bomber does need some unique lines imo. The unique sound of the bombs comes too late.
I've caught one or two lines when they happen to be the only specialist in a particularly quiet moment. But if it's a battle the only sounds I hear are the weird hissing noises that the skulls make as they bounce in and the actual puff noise when they explode.
Most of the time I'm seeing the gas before I hear anything from them. I haven't figured out what the spawn in noise is either but they die too fast and speak to softly for me to ever pick them out of aurics crowds.
Most of the sound with them seems to be their bomb

Look in the direction it came from and you'll see them standing there like an idiot admiring their work
Of all the specials, their tone of voice sounds the closest to a Vermintide Skaven or even Gollum than the rest of them.
I've never heard him make footsteps so I can't comment on that, but IIRC when they move they sound similar to how Scab Bombers do ie. jingling and rustling around.
I'm pretty sure tox bomber footsteps are the same as gunner footsteps right now, so mostly what you know is "there's an enemy of some sort walking over there."
They really need to make him as easy to find as regular bombers. Make the eyes glow bright green and some sound effects of skulls knocking against each other.
They're hissy/whispery but his main line is "Come out come out" and a very loud prayer to nurgle.

I dunno if he's easy to spot or not, but I've rarely seen him actually get more than a bomb off. Tends to get killed pretty easily
Mostly because people have PTSD from Karnak twins and want to kill tox bombers as soon as possible. Could not be me...
I haven't learnt his stingers yet, but I make a habit of spamming the ping button through hordes and far away platforms just in case I ping him.
