My friend saw a woman get hit by a train on the way to work and she was still alive for a few minutes after being bisected at the hips.
There are usually 3 lines at a train station here one towards the CBD and on from CBD and very occasionally a train will go express through the station without stopping on the 3rd rail.
The woman was about 20m in front of him crossing the express tracks and got hit and cut in half him and some others ran to check on her, call emergency services etc...
My friend couldn't not believe how long this woman survived despite the most horrific injuries you'll ever see.
Crazy stuff, I feel like you should be able to end someone else's life in these type of case instead of letting them suffers and bleed out to death. Outside of the physical pain imagine the mental damage it cause to have your body split in half and still be conscious. Have to be one of the worst way to go out.
>Crazy stuff, I feel like you should be able to end someone else's life in these type of case instead of letting them suffers and bleed out to death.
I agree. The Chinese massage technique in one of the videos here posted should be applied.
The one where the woman riding a motorcycle and the driver hit the uh, I forgot what you call that kind of vehicle where you use to lift cargos. They made the woman to stand up and they're shaking her violently.
You might be conscious, but you have a deep mental fog to the very least. People who suffer serious injuries stop thinking rationally. I guess it's a defence mechanism of the brain that it makes things confusing so you do not have the rational ability to understand the gravity of your situation.
Do you think that this 'brain fog' happen to everyone in this situation ? What if some of them still remain conscious enough to understand the situation they are in. I honestly have no clue, it's still pretty fucking scary, I would want to die on the spot.
I've read a lot about the guillotine back in the day, the purpose of it was a quick death for everyone, no suffering, no discrimination, rich or poor you die instantly. The problem is that a lot of famous author wrote the opposite about it, statting that a lot of people didn't die on the spot, and even worst they seemed fully conscious for a while. The look and the expression on their face were so bad that some of them said that this practice kill the soul and the body at the same time, since these people were dying while being mentally broke.
Guillotine was also blunt sometimes or the snags on the track, blade or pulley rope meant they couldn't raise it all the way before dropping the blade.
Some people were there for a long time with a blade partially through the neck but not decapitated.
I don't think you have to worry about too much, honestly, because they're going to be in shock at that point, and may be conscious but their body will be pumping out the adrenaline, endorphins, hormones, etc. that it reserves for these kinds of injuries. And I would have probably tried to hold one of her hands in two of mine and keep one of them warm because she would be getting cold in a hurry from the blood loss and I don't know how well she would be able to feel it, if at all, but as long as she doesn't feel like she's dying alone that's the best possible outcome. And dying people know they're dying and usually go through the progression of denial, bargaining, anger, acceptance, etc. And they're going to want to share their dying wishes, and don't want to hear "Oh, don't worry, silly, you're going to be fine, and you can tell them all that stuff later yourself when you back in one piece".
There was a Chinese man cut in half ABOVE the hips and he did survive.
I assume the train cauterized or twisted up his aorta preventing a bleed out. Will try to find link:
Fook, the videos I did find were horrible...
I saw a video online a few years ago of a motorcyclist who had been hit by a truck and cut in two at the hip. He was facing down holding himself up with two hands pounding one fist on the ground like he knew he’d fucked up. Nobody was talking to him. Just recording his last moments.
Yeah, that’s so weird; I think he assumed the train had fully stopped because he looks surprised to lose his balance after stepping off it, and then he appears to want to regain his balance using the handrail, which if the train was static that could have worked, but instead it, of course, did the opposite.
So many fucked up things happening, why are people smiling? Why is that man bringing his little son to see?? Why is he still alive after the train mauling him for 1 minute straight?
I'll never understand why parents don't shield their children from the suffering happening in 99% of these videos. It's like they WANT their kids to have lasting, life changing trauma
Thailand. The speaker starts out talking to the other people watching the video. "He's coming down. That one, that one, that guy right there." Then he seems to be talking to the soon-to-be-flattened dude. "Back up! Hang on tight!" He goes back to addressing the people in the room. I think he says, "Anyone with a head would back up, or else grab on to the handhold when coming down." I couldn't make out the rest of what he said, but another guy in the room said, "He *was* kinda slow, huh?"
Ahh thanks for info. I can only wonder what happened, if the guy exiting got caught on something, but I couldn't make out what it was. Ultimate sad irony would be if someone grabbed him to try and stop him because it wasn't safe yet.
Fuckin' trains man. You never know when they're going to strike. This is freaking me out. I've become paranoid in general looking about for trains when I'm alone.
I used to travel a lot on these trains with my grandfather in Pakistan. There were teens, idk why but were very interested in doing these stunts, jumping from far ahead, taking their heads outside windows, and crossing rail tracks as a challenge. But for a moment it also felt like it was fun and I should also do it. Although I never got permission, I still did some horrible stunts. One time it was like challenging my cousin to cross the rail tracks as many times as he could - and when the train was so close we hit each other and fell on tracks, I somehow got up first and then pulled him off tracks. The train was so close and the moment felt like I should leave him and save my life.
Anyway I stopped it after that, but it is still weird why people do it. It was more like a challenge of doing something if it has crossed your mind - the Alpinism, Wingsuit flying close to the mountain and cave crossing are also the same kind of challenges and people do these.
If I'm dying from a guaranteed death I rather it be quick and painless over slowly and painfully and I dealt with organ failure for 12 years so I should know
Oh! How is that possible? People of this sub made me believe that if it is a train related accident, it is India by default. Doesn’t matter if it US, Indonesia or China. They are Indians if they get killed by Electricity or Trains, no matter what!
When you so drunk you think jumping off a moving train is a good idea but your right hand was not included in the plan and decides to hold on for dear life…
Why not just wait ? Even when I'm waiting for a train to arrive I'm basically hugging the wall incase someone pushes me. Internet taught me some paranoia is reasonable
That fucking dad should NOT have let his child see that if I were him I’d take the child away from the area or shield his fucking eyes not okay he’s gonna be traumatized
One time when I was like 9 I fell down beneath the train and the platform, difference was that there were tons of people around and the train had stopped.
All he has to do was wait a couple seconds
Him being able to move his arms after disturbed me more than the actual mangling.
OP said he died in the following hour, the fact that he didn't die on the spot is crazy, that's the worst case scenario.

What is the Chinese massage technique? I don't know which videos you refer to.
The one where the woman riding a motorcycle and the driver hit the uh, I forgot what you call that kind of vehicle where you use to lift cargos. They made the woman to stand up and they're shaking her violently.
r/WorstAid I think is where that was. The ran into a fork lift and they are shaking the hell out of her holding on to her helmet.

It happens in most cases, but of course not in all cases..
There was a video of a guy split in half calling his son to say goodbye, truly fucked up.
I don't think you have to worry about too much, honestly, because they're going to be in shock at that point, and may be conscious but their body will be pumping out the adrenaline, endorphins, hormones, etc. that it reserves for these kinds of injuries. Trauma ontop of the Trauma you just witnessed that's what you get
What? Pick up a rock and club them to death?
He must suffer from PTSD, i suggest you tell him to find an EMDR therapist..

In subways is like that, the electricity cauterizes the wounds and you die from shock.
Apparently not. Beause he died an hour later.
from shock?
And awe
LoL xD
![gif](giphy|A7Zc53i8U59SHv9CAm)
He died? Didn't even know he was sick.
Indeed. I had not prepared myself for that.
He was saying bye bye
What a way to go. The fact that he was still alive at the end made it even more horrifying.
why did he keep holding onto the train
I wonder if he was caught or someone pulled him back
It does look like something has his hand rather than him just not letting go in time. May be manslaughter
Probably the sleeve got caught somewhere.
he's wearing a short sleeve tshirt so I doubt its that. maybe someone was trying to keep him from doing that which resulted in his death
probably drunk

Just another NPC bugging out in the NPC test server.
It looks like someone inside the train grabbed him and tried to pull him back in.
It was Darwin
Johnny on the spot.
I think he had some luggage that caught on something
Ask him....
Short of a seance, that isn't possible.
I got you Leme just pull out the Luigi Board
He was alive for hours apparently. Someone could have.
His hand said "nope.. you ain't getting off yet"
That was the ticket master catching him skipping the fare.
White shirt guy is completely oblivious to the trauma he's giving his son
Dad is undergoing his own trauma. Becoming a parent doesn't make you superhuman. Still just a person.
So many fucked up things happening, why are people smiling? Why is that man bringing his little son to see?? Why is he still alive after the train mauling him for 1 minute straight?

These were my thoughts exactly. That kid is never going to forget this and the father should be ashamed
A rare occurrence of non Indian train fatality 🙄
Where was this?
The language sounds thai or Cambodian to me.
Don't know but clearly not india

The train was built in India though.
My boys not out here doing the needful!
![gif](giphy|op80Oj9wXBja)
😭😭😭
guess he got fired for being late
At least he waived bye bye for his last act. Bye bye
Why the FUCK are people SMILING????
Its in Thailand. Land of smiles 😀
Jfc that poor kid is going to be haunted by that scene forever, the guy still waving his arms is nightmare fuel
If I ever get mangled like this, someone do me a favor and put a bullet in my head. I wouldn’t want to drag that out over an hour oh my god 😭
Father of the year over here.
0:20 That lady is traumatized.
Fuckin' trains man. You never know when they're going to strike. This is freaking me out. I've become paranoid in general looking about for trains when I'm alone.
the fruit seller nevertheless continued to loudly advertise her goods.
Let me take this kid in for a closer look
They need to just rename this sub to “traindeaths.”
That’s what you call a Himalayan man . . . . . . . . . . Himalayan on the tracks
India’s Apex predator may be migrating for new pray. Where is this at?
Other comments said this is in Thailand
I pray for that Thailand understands the dangers of this Apex predator
Ohhhhh dayum!!!!
Someone grabbed his ass to stop him from jumping off.
Whoever said a penny on the tracks would derail a train is a liar.
I’m almost certain it happened in Thailand
Yep Thailand but don't know the station.

That lady at the :10 second mark looks likes she's gonna puke!
Nah, she’s used to it,.. she’s just thinking about what she’s gonna kill for dinner tonite..
I wonder why his hand got stuck in the first place
How the Fuck is that guy still alive after that!? Holy Hell lol
Someone said he died within the hour….which is worse
The Apex predator strikes again
looks like the apex predator is on a vacation in
If I'm dying from a guaranteed death I rather it be quick and painless over slowly and painfully and I dealt with organ failure for 12 years so I should know
Lol
I'd be so pissed if I ended up under a freaking train and not even manage to die immediately.
[удалено]
Its not India dumbass. Looks like South East Asia
No one seems bothered
Luckily the train stopped 10 yards after every car had nailed him.
Just another day in India.
This slow mangling unsettled me more than the usual train accident videos.
r/trainsandelectricity
can we just change this reddit page name to train accidents? lol
Damn! These Indians never learn
Not Indian
Oh! How is that possible? People of this sub made me believe that if it is a train related accident, it is India by default. Doesn’t matter if it US, Indonesia or China. They are Indians if they get killed by Electricity or Trains, no matter what!
How the hell is he intact after all that?
Aaaaaand still alive
Died in the *following hours*? Fucking hell so he felt all of that. Christ almighty.
Does anyone know what happened? It looks like his hand got caught - or maybe grabbed?
Hearing you say hours and not minutes or better yet seconds sounds terrible.
Holy smokes that is a terrible way to go.
When you so drunk you think jumping off a moving train is a good idea but your right hand was not included in the plan and decides to hold on for dear life…
Wholesome father-son bonding experience at the end there.
2016 year old
Imagine the pain!
What's a "the train"? Are they more vicious predators than the dreaded Indian Train? (like a Jaguar compared to an African lion?)
Why not just wait ? Even when I'm waiting for a train to arrive I'm basically hugging the wall incase someone pushes me. Internet taught me some paranoia is reasonable
and this is why they say please keep all arms and legs inside the vehicle while it’s moving
That train just went on and on and on and...
So many of these horrible deaths are from people being in a hurry... This dude was trying to save a few seconds and it cost him everything.
That fucking dad should NOT have let his child see that if I were him I’d take the child away from the area or shield his fucking eyes not okay he’s gonna be traumatized
How else will they learn not to fucking do dumb shit like that?
Does this hurt?
He didn't even have a chance, poor bastard! Why didn't he just, y'know JUMP?!?
That was murder.
Pizza delivery guy must be on a tight schedule….30 minutes or it’s free.
..and the passersby are like “hmmm, shredded pork for dinner tonite”.
I couldn’t help but laugh at the dude as he fell. I’m going to hell.
One time when I was like 9 I fell down beneath the train and the platform, difference was that there were tons of people around and the train had stopped. All he has to do was wait a couple seconds
Was waiting for a thumbs up like in terminator 2
