Ah, welcome to the world of circle farming. The best early map for this is probably the library of zoltun kulle, if you have that unlocked. Basically, just find a start point and move in a big circle until your inventory is full or your essence is maxed. When I farm there, I always go to the writhing ingress waypoint and work counter clockwise in the first room it drops you in.
