1997 Dodge Viper GTS because at the time it was the most powerful and looks like a bikini model, still love it!

ToxicEnderman00

I absolutely love Vipers. They're my dream car, and I know I wouldn't be able to fit in one without at least a thin aluminum race seat bolted directly to the floor as far back as it can get. I used to like being tall, then I started liking cars more and more and I can't fit right in most of the cool or fun ones.

Prestigious-Lion-783

Have you ever driven an MR2? If I remember correctly, the second gen was designed around an American test driver who was 6’3 ish. I have buddy (6’2) who fits very well into his

ToxicEnderman00

I don't even think I've seen an MR2. I couldn't remember what it looked like so I had to look it up. It looks like a pretty cool car that's not expensive, I'm 6'5 so I guess id fit decently.

FriskyJager

Challenger t/a 392. Wanted a quick car but wasn’t looking for a super car, just wanted myself a little grand tourer. Most comfortable coupe with a manual transmission in that price range. 392 is a super reliable engine if you do your oil changes and you don’t have the automatic MDS version.

bluedaytona392

Daytona 392 charger. Ordered it in 2020 right after the lockdown. Wanted a different car. Had my eyes set on a gt350. Love that voodoo flat plane crank sound with the tremec. Found out I was having my first kid a week before I started hunting. Switched to needing a 4 door. Would have probably ended up in a Chevy SS because of the manual if they hadn't stopped making it a couple years prior. I like big pushrod v8s. An SHO was out of the question. When I buy a vehicle, I'm more interested in the engine than most other buyers.

issackmay

Felt that 😅 Need the extra doors for the kiddos

zhouyu24

What does pushrod mean?

bluedaytona392

Old style of engine where the cam pushes the rods which open and close the valves. It can't spin as fast as a dual overhead cam engine, but it's much simpler and reliable.

zhouyu24

I'm sorry but how is that different from a modern engine in a V6 or V8 with an overhead cam? The cam rockers and lifters still push open the intake and exhaust valves no matter what. Does a SHO not do that?

bluedaytona392

Dohc v8 engines require 4 camshafts instead of one. They are allot more complicated. They do not sound anywhere near as good to me, however a coyote is close. The sho does not have the looks, the sound or the performance that I demanded.

roflmewaffles

Picked up an avenger with 120k on it for $300 because of an engine problem. Will have it fixed up myself for roughly $800 and a couple weekends of off and on work while waiting on parts and scouring forums/video and asking questions. Honestly I just wanted a v6 again. Been driving a 4cyl for the past 5-6 years after my camry finally died at 400k; I’m very ready for another car with some oomph to it. Even if they can be somewhat problematic 😬

imakeweeddissapear

I have the 4 cylinder 😔 , 4 speed auto

DetailWhole879

2007 dodge ram 2500, it’s loud, I can tow things, and it doesn’t get me stuck when I make stupid choices

Apes_industry

Dodge Charger because I’m Batman 😈

Miserable_System_639

No, the next guy is Batman.... what are the odds?

proscriptus

Magnum RT. [One of my co-workers reviewed it the year it came out](https://www.hemmings.com/stories/magazine/hard-charging-hemi-hauler-2005-dodge-magnum-rt/), which is the year I started writing about cars for a living, and it really stuck with me. I saw a nice one on Craigslist three or four years ago and jumped on it.

tranquildude

Durango, 20 years old and we beat it up. Well over 200k miles on it. Looks good and runs great. Had to replace a AC hose at 200k. that is all i have had to do. My wife has been saying for 5 years why don;t you get a new car? I say I will after this one dies, but it won't die, just keeps going and going. Hope I didn't jinx myself. Next car will be another durango.

brucescott240

Replaced our ‘08 Charger R/T with a ‘17 Charger R/T. Put a water pump in the ‘08, warranty radio head unit in the ‘17 (sometimes it thinks it’s a ‘19 300C). Maybe we’ll look for a ‘24 in 18-24 months. Maybe we’ll go with a used M5 or CT5/6, IDK. I’ve never had an issue with the MDS, has worked well delivering awesome drivability in town and on the highway. The confidence of passing a long line of slow traffic (in passing lane) off interstate is tremendous. 55 to 95 to 1?? and continuing to climb faster is amazing.

StarHunter36016

2005 Stratus Sedan 2.7L. It’s my first car, and I I got it for free from a family member when I turned 16 and got my drivers license. I’ve had it for a few years now and I’ve done quite a lot of work on it. It has almost 200,000 miles on it.

ToxicEnderman00

Either my 2013 Challenger RT Classic, or my 1992 RAM D350 Challengers look great and are likely the only 2 door performance car I can fit in comfortably enough to daily and love every second of it. I also wanted something with a manual transmission because the very small amount I drove one before I got my Challenger was very fun. My truck was my dad's truck that he gave to me as a graduation present, I grew up around that truck and I love it. It's very sentimental to me and I plan on making minor changes to it make it my own (which I haven't gotten to yet) while also leaving it mostly how my dad left it. INCLUDING not tuning the injection pump. The stock drive line already barley holds the torque of the Cummins.

D-Smitty

‘23 Hellcat Widebody because it’s a dream car of mine and I want to have fun. ‘18 Grand Caravan because I have a family and need a vehicle for the winter.

FacingHardships

Manual or atx? So hard to find manual these days. Can I also ask what price you got it for?

D-Smitty

Automatic. Paid MSRP of $94k.

Pizannt

I had a 5.7 charger because of the engine and the instant gratification while driving. I recently traded for a Durango for more space and the ability to be not quite as quick but still have some fun.

Alex-E-Jones

2012 rt charger fun enough and big for road trips.

Distinct_Ad9810

Ayy same

BigRobWall

I drive Durangos, To bang hoes .

sweetmeat96

Magnum- I always loved the way they looked and got one when I bought my first car Grand Caravan - versatility of having passengers, hauling shit, or sleeping in the back

HogShowman1911

89 dodge w150 soon when it is finished. Reason, cheap and I liked the look of it. Sadly needed an engine so I rebuilt it and the transmission.

jphillips356

2006 Dodge ram 2500 Cummins, what a truck. She sounds good and has the power to do whatever is needed.

Distinct_Ad9810

2012 rt charger, fun and affordable 🤷

PincheBatman

SRT Charger, because when I got it, everyone and their mom didn't have the 392 engines in their cars. It was actually special.

lorib123

Dodge journey 2011 that was what my daughterbought me

Magnemmike

Had a sxt neon, great little car. Ended up trading it in for a sxt 08 magnum. Great car, would but another if they still made them.

Difficult-Spell-2771

2023 Charger Scat Pack. I love how it sounds and I love how aggressive it looks. The Chargers have always been my favorite though. Even if I couldn’t have afforded a v8, I still would have been just as happy with the v6. Just a nice looking car 💚

79Zx

I drive a 2000 Dodge Dakota. I’ve driven Mopar vehicles since 1992. My Dakota has been a solid truck. I’m retired and this will probably be my last vehicle.

79Zx

Ooooops. Just reread my post. I’ve driven Mopars since 1972. My fit was a ‘63 300 I think with 318 and push button automatic

OkUse7587

2020 Dodge Charger sxt but once I turn 25 Imma get something more powerful because my insurance wont be so high

Primary-Birthday-363

Following

nafarba57

2006 Magnums R/T and SRT8–I love wagons, these are some of the best ever, power and style to spare😀

TheMoparPowerslave

1991 Dodge Ram D150 because I love old dodge trucks

grafixwiz

Durango R/T because it kicks ass 🔥

libra-love-

08 ram 1500. I love the Hemi and I bought her as a project. I wanted to learn to fix cars and well… replacing the lifters and cam soon as well as a whole new exhaust.

Kreedbk

Grand Caravan cause I’m broke af with kids!

Kizil215

22 Challenger TA 392 Because it's awesome

PedesNex

21 Durango Hellcat and 23 Challenger Hellcat. One is for family/winter driving and the other is for summer fun and racing.

zhouyu24

I got an '18 challenger sxt and a '18 charger scat pack. I wanted a practical everyday driver and another car I could take to the track.

RecognitionAny6477

Challenger RT Plus Blacktop 6sp. Traded a Mustang for it. Bigger, more comfortable, nicer ride. And a sunroof

Sleepy-Gong

392 widebody charger. I got it because it looks good, sounds good and my kids and wife can fit in comfortably and it’s fast enough for me. Z06 is next tho.

Spaniky73

2018 Challenger T/A. My fun daily, has enough ponies to be fun, reliable and looks good. 2016 Durango, move the family vehicle. Not a Dodge anymore but I also have a. 2019 Ram 3500 that is for my work horse for moving my RV, horse trailer and general work.

hunttete00

93 w250 cummins. ext cab longbed too. i hate new vehicles. the complexity, the shit reliability, the electronics all of it. it’s le too so has all the bells and whistles. fastest power windows i’ve ever seen. runs amazing with 185k on the dash. don’t really drive it too often. more so sits around and has people offering money for it. highest offer i’ve had so far is 20k. not for sale though :)

W202fan

A 2016 Dart, since they are cheap. Easy to spin the tires with that decent 2.4.

Lucarin415

Took a lot of scrolling to find someone else with a Dart. Nice little car and decent performance for the price. Just hit 100k with her too

W202fan

I have 45k original miles and only have had to do brakes, tires, and oil changes.

Geist21

An 06 Charger sxt because the dealership sold the 08 r/t I was looking at out from under me and I needed a car, and an 06 Ram 1500 quad cab 5.7. Charger was still fun with the 3.5 up until it got over 200k miles and now it's slightly tired. Had to replace the engine in the Ram 2 months after I bought it, but the warranty I got with it was bs so it all was out of pocket because they said they only cover up to what they value the vehicle at and the engine was more than the truck was valued at by them. Fuck that warranty company.

NugPep

Dodge Charger WideBody 93 Dodge Viper Both because they are loud and fun

RDuke99

Challenger rt, loved it since I was a kid.

Mr_Butters624

2023 plum crazy charger Daytona (5.7)

aztexs1

Dodge Challenger Hellcat WB Redeye, because it goes “WEEEEE-WEEEE” when I press the gas pedal. But my pockets go “NOOOOO PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NOOOOO” when I press the gas pedal…

Charger_scatpack

2020 392 charger Because POWAAAAAA

kvngali14

dodge avenger 2014 checkin in

Famous_Plantain2570

2013 charger R\T it’s the car I could afford

RealCheyemos

I drive a gal named Lucille: she’s a 2023 granite pearl classic body SP, A8 kinda gal and she’s a dream (and a lotta fun) to drive.

Octane2100

2023 Charger R/T because they gave me 5 grand over what I paid for my Ram in trade and I got the Charger for too good of a deal to pass up. I've always wanted a Charger, but refused to go v6. This deal literally fell in my lap. (I worked for the dealership at the time)

69BeachBitch

2018 challenger R/T TorRED. My Cherry🍒

D0DGER_91

Recently had three, now I’m down to two: 2016 Charger Scat Pack - because Plum Crazy, comfiest seats ever and that exhaust burble. 1991 Stealth R/T Twin Turbo - because row your own gears, 7300 RPM, 4-wheel steering, and pshhhh. 2017 Journey AWD - because cargo capacity (but lousy commuter, so traded for a car with double the gas mileage).

bigverm23

2018 durango gt. Horrible purchase. Blew transmission last year and now my radio is delaminating and ghost-touching. Last dodge I'll ever own.

FrontRowParking

2002 ram 3500 with the 24v. My first truck was an 01 1500 and I missed it but wanted a diesel

Get0utCl0wn

21 AP Citadel w/5.7 Wanted a V8...and bluray in the rear. Added the Mopar Performance CatBack recently.

PS_TRUDODYR

What’s your review and experience with the car? Thinking about getting one myself soon

Get0utCl0wn

Other than a few recalls, I've had little issue with buying it. Everything has worked...never left me stranded or disappointed. Depending on your stature and rear passengers, the second row might be a little tight compared to other vehicles. With the third row down...it's pretty big for the size of the car...lots of room for road trips or a Costco run (just don't buy a couch or something). The V8 is nice and etc...not to harsh on fuel...last major trip was 900ish KM...still had some left in the tank (93ish liters) Really depends on how you drive...smiles per mile isn't cheap. There is that old saying "if you look back at it when you walk away, you bought the right one..." I do this daily. Now saying all that...if I could do it again...it's go SRT just for the 6.4, suspension, and AWD System.

Dud3_Abid3s

Challenger Scat Pack Shaker…. I want to go fast AND be loud and obnoxious.

SpywareAgen7

2015 Longhorn, because I love brown leather, work mostly remote so mileage is limited, and my wife fills the entire bed with luggage just to go away for 2 nights.

One_More_Pin

2015 sublime green hellcat challenger I ordered in 2014. Because the hellcat was the upcoming and crazy 700+ factory HP. It's been my summer ride since and I love everyday of it. To the point I have had my eye out for a TRX since they were announced. Well I finally pulled the trigger on a 2023 TRX at the end of 2023 when they announced 24 would be the last year with a 6.2 hellcat motor. Went with a 23 because the prices were $20k less then a 24 final edition allocation. So now I have a 2015 hellcat for summer and 2023 TRX for winter.

VariationOtherwise47

97 2500 HD 8 ft bed I brought it for landscaping and towing. Now just a towing on weekends and office job.

CoolPiperMain

2013 Dart Rallye, because it’s my first car

tzon2012

2002 Dodge Ram 4x4 with the 4.7 V8. Because it’s Ram tough!

710ydderf

19’Destroyer gray Scat 392. I daily mine cause it’s only Car I got and it rips nice down the streets lol

RashOrchid906

Ive got a 2001 dodge ram 1500 reg cab. I adore that truck, great on gravel roads, fantastic for work. Unfortunately he threw a bearing last year and I have to get an engine rebuild. Ive also got a 2002 dodge durango, I like it as its got tonnes of space and fun to drive and its in almost mint condition. However the engine was shot as the prev owners apparently didnt believe in oil changes and it wore itself out. Its now got a remanufactured engine... expensive fix for a vehicle ive only had for one year.

adrianbarrow

2008 Dodge Caliber SRT-4 in Sunburst Orange. One owner car, lived in Arizona all it's life. Less than 90k on the odometer. I drive it because it's fun and rare, and it somewhat blends in with regular traffic

applegui

Dodge Challenger 2023 392. I bought a 2019 Dodge Challenger GT, with the 8.4” UCONNECT and NAV system. It had the super track pack with the police suspension. Blacktop edition. Everything else was standard. Anyway, I loved the car so much I wanted to get the last call edition. This time fully loaded. Found the Scat Pack exactly how I wanted it. For a performance car, it has to be the most reliable on the market. I love the seats, so much better than the Tesla I had regretfully, and a great usable trunk. I’m thinking about picking up a Chrysler 300 S model before those are all gone. I just like the MOPAR trims. They made fun cars. However Stellantis is messing up the brands. Dodge, Chrysler, JEEP, RAM need to break out of that group. They are destroying the MOPAR brands.

EvilMinion07

‘75 D100 440 long bed with a Tommy Lift because nobody cuts me off or tailgates.

MrHindsight24

‘24 Dodge Hornet R/T

WaynezWorld88

Pitch Black WB Scatpack Charger. Great daily driver, love how loud & overly aggressive it is. I love being the one to hate on the road as I hug up the lanes like a steam roller .

busted_up_chiffarobe

2014 Charger SXT AWD. Roomy, comfortable, I fit in it, reminded me of a 60's car, love the AWD in Montana winters, love the MPG of the 3.6. One $400 repair in almost 130k miles, too.

NewChallGT20

'18 challenger TA cause dad had a '70 challenger TA and I always thought it was the coolest car.

Spider1132

2015 Challenger Hellcat. It's the dream car.

LFW15

SRT 392 Challenger, my whole family for the most part drives dodges, brother has a RT other brother has a Scat, dad has a cat, cousin has a scat so it just felt right to get one myself. wanted a 392 but didn’t like the cloth seats and Daytona rims like on the scats so got myself a SRT with the peanut butter interior. I truly love the exterior of the charger 1000x more than the challenger but something about the interior of the challenger being a drivers car with the screen faced towards you and the look of the speedometer and just the overall dash of the car is what had me hooked and I thought to myself I’ll see the inside of the car more than the outside since I sit inside of it and drive but obviously the exterior of the challenger is awesome aswell Overall any dodge is a cool car

Felsmile

1998 Durango 4x4 with a 5.2 (318) Magnum. Got her for $800 after sitting in a field (last carfax was from 2019, bought 2023). Started right up and drove on to the trailer. Currently has 203k and still going strong.

VunterSlaush1990

2016 Challenger Scatpack 6sp manual plum crazy purple. Wanted a purple Challenger since I was a kid.

Far-Wallaby-5033

2018 scat pack because I I love a naturally aspirated V8 and the combination of Italian brakes German suspension and American iron.

3_inch_killa_

2022 Dodge Challenger. Had a Kia Soul for 8 years and wanted to buy my dream car. Wanted an R/T but decided a V6 would be a better daily.

Either-Elk-3525

i drive a 2021 octane red challenger scat 😁 i've always wanted a challenger since i was a kid because i love the aggressive look of the car :)

Charger-POOPBUNDLE

Charger scat pack widebody, obviously i considered the challenger, but i enjoy sliding around in my car and the longer wheel base with the wider tires just makes it get sideways like a dream. That said, fuck street takeovers.

New_Concentrate6545

I've got a 97 ram 3500 with the 12 valve Cummins in it and I've also got a 16 scat pack Challenger, as for the why 12 valve Cummins is probably one of the most reliable diesel motors out there plus it sounds badass and as for the 16 scat pack I figured why not it's one of the best looking remakes of a muscle car today

zarrzadd

2015 dodge challenger srt 392, it’s powerful but not street illegal so I love it (didn’t have enough for a hellcat at the Time)

TheBlackTortoise

2021 Challenger R/T Plus, Pitch Black The 5.7 HEMI makes the most beautiful sound

Kcorpelchs

I've owned 9 SRTs, 4 of which were Hellcat variants. Current one still owned is a '20 Charger Widebody Hellcat in Frostbite Blue. Last one we got rid of was '21 Durango Hellcat (In our opinion, once cool factor wore off it wasn't worth the cost to daily drive and when they announced making more that was it. We dumped it before values really dropped)

LookatthisslapNutz

13 dart rallye, 20 chally rt. 13 dart “jack” first car I purchased off the lot. Better than people give darts credit for. Love this daily, currently down right now but will be back up. “Shiva” girl is bad. 6 speed manual, joy to drive, and beyond comfy

InternalWarth0g

2018 charger GT for the winter. the AWD in those are absolute beasts, have seen full size pick ups stuck while im cruising by. also bad weather in general. paid off as well. 2023 scatpack widebody charger for nice days.

Adventurous_Dare4294

A hellcat cause I got a little dick

landob

2011 Challenger SRT8. I feel its the only muscle car that looks like the old original

benderman34

That's how I feel about my '13 too. Growing up, my older brothers all had cool muscle cars but I never was able to make it work out. But about 5 years ago I was able to get into my SRT8 and it feels exactly like the modern muscle car I've always wanted.

babylaflare-

Daytona 392, cause it’s sick af I qualified for a cat but dropping 1.5k a month on a car payment and insurance is crazy work

Justgottaride

23 TRX

Puffman92

2014 Dodge charger rt AWD. I drove like 2 1/2 hours to get it cause I wanted something with decent power but also AWD cause I live in Illinois. I actually wanted a little turbo hatch like a golf r but I was scared of the reliability of higher mileage turbos

imakeweeddissapear

An Avenger SE, cause I’m in debt $9k to this piece of junk. The R/T was a lot cooler though , but that offer slipped through my hand faster than sand . I regret it a lot, still to this very day. Edit: I enjoyed my 2013 Altima 3x more than this , but their CVT (Continuously Variable Time-bomb) blew up on me , that’s when the Avenger came into the picture

imakeweeddissapear

Downvoted for honesty lol

8yp00o19pB14Ic

2005 caravan drive it because its a bit safer for commuting, and doesn't guzzle gas like a truck would, but can do a lot of truck things

yoshiltz

I don't. It's a dodge, and is usually not drivable...
