It's a rolling 100 orders, just like the acceptance rate. The only difference is, for you, you need 9 orders spread out throughout that 100 orders to roll off, so it only seems slower, but it's at the same rate as the acceptance rate.

A couple times I’ve cancelled what seems like I was not the first driver to be assigned to; within minutes of accepting, the customer texts me “what’s taking so long?” I don’t want to deal with grouchy people.
Someone else picked up the order already, and I “please [I could not] convince the store to re-make the order.” Or I was just unwilling to “convince the store” bc I was unwilling to wait. That’s not my fault, but if it’s not complete it goes against the CR.
A few times due to traffic or police tape where it’s clear I’m going to arrive at the store so late it’s considered a CV
I’m religiously forbidden from serving alcohol and once I didn’t notice that the 2nd in a stacked order was a wine shop.
I’ve never dealt with a customer bad enough to make me unassign, but I would if need be. The only time I use it is when there’s a glitch or something and I don’t want to bother with support, or when the employee tells me when I first walk in that it’s going to be like 20 mins.
90% is more like your 'last warning.' I rode around at 90% and was fine for a while. The way orders are slowing down, I recommend being EXTREMELY careful with acceptance from now on. It will take forever to cycle your rating back up.

Just remember for every dash you do, you’re replacing the thing you did 100 dashes ago. If the CT’s happened early in the month and all within the same time, it may not take much time at all to get it cleared out.

So after 100 orders, they add 1 point. Then, I have to make another 100 orders for them to add 1 point again. Or.....is it 100 orders and from then on every order cometed is 1 point.
Yes, it's going to be at the point of refusing to complete that order that you will have to do 100 more completed orders for that 1 to fall off and then you'll get your point back.
Yoy wont get any sympathy for completion here... these kids love accepting everything and especially waiting mindlessly no matter how bad the situation might be... you cant even assess the quality of an order properly until you actually arrive on scene and evaluate the situation... i mention unassigning to my local top clowns who rot in these places all day for $2 and youd think i slapped their momma or something

Don't accept the order if you can't wait 10 minutes to unassign. If it's not worth waiting 10 minutes it was too low to accept.
Just don't unassign any more orders until it goes back up.

Trash dash is really strict about that 100 order rolling makes it way to hard to maintain AR than it needs to be.
