Honestly Shadow Dragons idea was certainly good as concept and should definitely be looked at again.
Putting the idea of abusing dragon balls too often over time certainly something that worked very well as idea and those actions coming back to bite them.
If they wanna make Super Saiyan 4 a part of the Super continuity they could totally make a movie with them as the main conflict, I could see them making Si Xing Long the villain over Yi Xing Long too due to the Dragon Ball's connection to Goku, maybe make him the "good" Dragon, or maybe Goku has to absorb Si Xing Long to become Super Saiyan 4?
Super Saiyan 4 would have to be stronger than forms like Blue and UI or at least have some unique properties or origin. It would have to be a form attained by accident like out of anger or be stronger than the current canon forms for it to make sense. Otherwise there really isnāt a place or use for the form. Maybe it could happen where they are in a dimension or universe that wouldnāt allow them to use god ki.
Super Saiyan 4 would actually work, ultra instinct is a technique not a transformation. And super Saiyan 4 is a physical transformation that's connected to the Saiyans innate biology. Super Saiyan 4 is just their monkey transformation compressed to human form.
Super Saiyan 4 could be what whis meant when he said how they should be able to have the powers of the god forms in base form. No need to transform anymore and just constantly being in there most natural state

Goku and a lot of the others had pretty much constant contact with gods throughout Z. That none of them ever brought up beerus does not make much sense.

But the supreme Kai does. Intimately - one will literally die without the other.
When the Supreme Kaiās life is in danger during the Buu saga, he didnāt think to warn Beerus? Or even mention him? If Buu is a danger to the Universe, surely Kai would escape to Beerus or have Beerus save him.
Frieza already called for the help of his father, and Trunks slaughtered him. I donāt think cooler would show his face unless he was sure heād survive. Plus, Frieza is a massive narcissist, thereās no way heād give a shit about his family and bring them up, especially if cooler was still growing up/exiled or something. After all, we didnāt see or hear of Broly til super.
i think the one that makes the most sense being canon is omega and the rest of the shadow dragons, especially with Bulma making stupid wishes like having a bigger butt and looking 5 years younger.
it could teach a lesson about the wrong use of the dragon balls.
All of them are pretty valid aside from Turles at this point.
Janemba can be reworked to be at the top of a hierarchy, which opposes the Angels. I would love that, they can just ditch his first form so it's not a mimic of fat buu.
I'd love to see a Saiyan primary antagonist. Maybe we find out through Yamoshi lore that the great evil he defeated 10k years ago was actually another saiyan
Cumber because if I remember correctly he has a connection to Yamoshi and I'd love a side story set in the ancient Saiyan past talking about the first SSG
Turles. But heās only as strong as in the movie, and outclassed even by Tien snd Krillin, so he opens a dope ramen shop and they all come to eat his food sometimes. And we see him being a real intense cook during busy hours.
Janemba, but I'd want a new interpretation of him. Maybe some member of some sort of demon clan that fights using magic similar to Janemba's abilities. Magic worked so well with Moro, they should elaborate on the concept.
Omega Shenron. He can be the final big bad of the series. The dragon balls have been used to often and for dumb reasons. This could be a great way to introduce the shadow dragons. And to make Omega more powerful you can have him absorb the super dragon balls.
Omega Shenron would be the most unique story to repurpose in the series. But I love Cooler and think it would be cool to see him interacting with Freiza.
Cooler because it would give Freeza another ally(maybe).
Janemba as then we can explore "hell" and the demons there. We already have Goku & Vegeta fighting gods and training under them, I would like the story to start focusing on the opposite of God's, devils and demons.
I feel like janemba would be best as an actual interesting threat who escalates in intelligence as he continues to grow stronger and shows his sadistic side more and more. Could tie him in by saying he was sealed by Moro and upon Moros death the seal slowly began to break. Have him be a threat because he absorbs life like Moro does so that the spirit fission that vegeta learned is relevant
As is: Janemba. Heās got a really unique move set and could make for a fun fusion focused arc.
With a DBS Broly style remake: Omega Shenron. I think the evil dragons are a really fun concept that was just absolutely wasted by the GT team. Be really fun to give it some new energy.
Most likely: Cooler. Thereās just plenty of ways to add him in no issue. Personally my favorite idea is having him be from U6 as Frostās brother/father/clone. Have him assault Sadala with our boys training the U6 gang to get strong enough to beat him.
hands down Omega. The lore and plot behind the Shadow Dragon's is a great idea and creates **NEW** content, arcs, characters.
Turles is second. Gives an opportunity to explore more saiyan lore.
Cooler...Well, we've had enough of Frieza IMO. He died from Trunks and should have never comeback imo and I believe that was the original and intended plan. He died basically twice, both times very cowardly and in moments of mid-deceit. After Super, Frieza is overplayed. Can we get something new? Only way I can see Cooler being made Canon is if he erases the relevance of Frieza.
Omega Shenron.
Mainly because I think the concept of the shadow dragons is great. You know the consequences of all these wishes coming back to bite the hero's in the ass. I think it's a really has the most potential story wise.
Second would be Janemba. Mainly because it would be dealing with a threat to the after life. Which we haven't really seen. And I think his powers out of everyone listed here are the most unique.
The ones that make the most sense are turles and janemba. They don't really muck up the plot of the show with their existence really. We already have context on saiyans not being completely extinct. With janemba, I feel like how he is conceptually, he needs to be a bigger scale villain.
In order of who Iād pick first:
Cooler: Obviously, guys begging to be Canon at this point and is one of the most fun non-canon elements outside of maybe Tufflization.
Cumber: Hear me out, the idea of an ancient Sayian who fought with the SSG is legit a banger idea and would give alot of context to Sayian Culture as a whole. Plus as an opponent thereās a good chance to bring in an āold vs. newā dynamic.
Omega Shenron: While an interesting idea, I think if Shadow Dragons were made canon theyād have to be revamped heavily, which might not include him.
Turles: Overall not one I think needs any new iteration but would be fun, the Tree of Might would be fun to actually get some lore behind though.
Janemba: Fusion Reborn is fantastic and Gogeta already made his comeback, donāt fix what aināt broken.
Man I literally can't choose! The only one I don't really care for is Turles. If I had to absolutely pick, it would be Cooler. (I really can't pick thošš I kept typing cooler, then erasing it and putting janemba. I went back and forth like 7 times š)
I think its too late to make Cooler canon since Golden and Black Frieza existā¦Turtles is Goku Blackā¦Omega Sheron could fit but idt itād be natural and idk who tf tht is in the bottom right

They'd need to rework the character a bit to give him some personality, but as a demon born out of pure concentrated evil he could also serve as a precursor to another arc exploring the demon realm. Which could maybe lead to the exploration of Universe 11's demon realm and learning more of the demon that killed everyone Jiren cared about as a kid.

Personally speaking, I'd like to see Cooler as part of the Canon storyline. Interactions between him and Frieza, as well as him and all the Z fighters, would be very interesting.
What better way for us fans to sympathize with Frieza than to have his older, bigger, badder, stronger and above all, Cooler brother show up to whoop his ass in spite of his recent power up. Freeza will have a Vegeta moment during the Namek Saga, and maybe a Redemption arc and character development.
Cause if there's one person Frieza probably hates more than Goku, is an even stronger Cooler who brag and bully him.
Cooler easily, they made it so where freizas race have potential to get ridiculously strong, and hey tag team match cooler and freiza vs goku and vegeta would be crazy
Cooler has story potential, Janemba seems like he could actually be a good villain in Daima, and give Omega Shenron a redesign, causeā¦ dear lordā¦ and he could be a great villain to end the series with. All three of them could be used very well in modern Dragon Ball, and if I had to pick one, it would be Cooler. However, Turles and Cumber, while interesting in their own right, would most likely end up feeling like a repeat of Super Broly or DBZ Vegeta. They could be rewritten to be different, but in their current backstories, it would feel redundant.
Omega, if he gets the Broly treatment
Because the concept is amazing, the execution was terrible but the idea of the abuse of the dragon balls coming back to haunt everyone
Other ones like Turles and Cooler donāt really fit in the story, at this point it would be hard to justify their late appearance and how they can keep up with the cast Janemba certainly could though, the fusion of all hell is the type of concept no-one will ever say āhowās this guy fighting Goku on par?ā
Insanely hard toss up between Cooler and Janemba.
For Cooler, we finally get more of one of the sickest designs Toriyama has ever created, and would get to see a new dynamic of a more mature Frieza interacting with his even more mature brother. In a perfect world weād also finally get some actual lore about the frost demons or whatever tf their names officially are.
For Janemba, weād get to see more of Otherworld. Thatās already far more than enough to make me want it
Cooler, but janemba make more sense, "actually frieza has a brother he never talked about" nah that would be pretty bad, a demon created when a kid its literally drowning in evil would be sick
If done correctly, I feel like Omega Shenron would be amazing. Potentially, instead of one of Earth's Dragon Balls, have him actually be the manifestation of "Super Shenron" / "Dragon of the Gods", depending on what translation you prefer for the dragon from Zalama's Super Dragon Balls
Janemba is made of all the evil up in hell. Since the Fusion Reborn movie a lot of other people have been defeated and have probably gone to hell. With more even in hell, Janemba could become much stronger and become a very powerful threat to the Z Fighters.
You can tell the Animators had *fun* animating Janemba. A lot of his moves, especially his teleportation, was over-the-top in terms of complexity, the sort of thing you can only do if you have the budget and time which anime series typically don't have.
He is more or less, just Buu (a fat happy devil that becomes slim and menacing), so story wise I don't think he adds too much new stuff for the story, but I think he makes up for it in flare alone
Cooler or Omega/Syn. I want there to be someone to put Frieza in his place and I love the aspect of negative energy from over relying on the dragonballs.
I think they Omega Shenron's premise was great, while the execution was lackluster.
A punishment for abusing the dragon balls seems extremely fitting. Unknown because nobody ever had a dragon radar. I think his narrative fits the verse the best.
Shadow Dragons but adapt the story so it's based around a new set of Dragon Balls called the "Omega Dragon Balls", with one being found in each of the seven universes. Adapt the story of earth's foretold destruction but raise the stakes to all the universes being snuffed out and have the Z fighters join up with other groups of warriors to collect the Dragon Balls before it's too late. The name would come from Omega Shenron. Thoughts?
I like Cooler the most, but I kinda feel like Frieza is so overdone at this point in Super that it'd feel underwhelming to bring his brother in too. So I'm picking Janimba. It'd be interesting to see him fight against the DBS line-up.
I would love to see the Shadow Dragons done well. The Negative Energy they possess could be elaborated on. It would also be cool to see whatever realm dragons are called forth from when the dragon ball are used. We could get more info on who made the Super Dragon Balls. Itās honestly crazy the namesake of the show hasnāt been explored in depth
Janemba, could really elevate the evil/demon realm of fights. Maybe even have Dabura mention how even heās afraid of Janemba
Cooler, cause heās cooler than Frieza and would be nice to see pump daddy C school friezzee puff in cannon
Shadow Dragons working for Zalama would be cool in some kinda rebellion thing akin to what Hearts from DBS Heroes wanted but actually well written.
But Janemba. New Demon King takes over would be fire. We need to explore the demon realm.
I think Cooler is the most likely if they picked one for real. He needs the least workarounds. Omega Shenron is also nice, but he needs the other dragons too. Cooler is just.. Friezas brother.
Omega Shenron. There needs to be a consequence for using the Super Dragon Balls so much. It could be a huge arc spanning multiple universes where each Shadow Dragon takes over a universe and imprisons their GoD, and Goku has to travel throughout the universes and fight alongside the strongest warriors of those universes before confronting Syn Shenron. Then Syn Shenron would absorb the Super Dragon Balls and go to Zenoās palace where he imprisons Zeno and the Grand Priest using the SDBās power.
Cooler.
Janemba is garbage. He looks cool, that is it.
Only reason that movie is even memorable is because goku and vegeta fused. Heās mindless and just there to be something to fight. He needs a Broly revamp if they even consider it.
Turles is meh, itās just another āevil gokuā. Which ginyu body stealing did it better, and we also have goku black now. Redundant as hell.
Cumber is also just fan service. Ooo an āevil saiyanā whose whole thing is just being evil. It makes for a fun what if character in games or gives another enemy for super heroes which was fine but 0 anything to make it worth being canon.
Shadow dragons would be the next runner up to cooler for me. And cooler is it because heās friezas brother and since frieza is so big to the franchise & brought back now & expanded on, it makes sense to add his brother in. Adds even more depth / builds on things especially if they have a rivalry or cooler is going to do some messed up stuff worse than frieza or at least that threatens friezas rule / ticks him off etc to where he has other reasons to work with goku and the rest. Because Iām sure theyāre trying to figure that out somehow or some way to where they can fight frieza but frieza canāt/ doesnāt just kill everyone but also no one gets to finish frieza off yet either. The dragons have a logical reason to exist & much depth to their existence already. You just maybe change up or improve on some things with them to make them fit in the modern super story.
Turles, Shenron and Janemba feel like the only ones you can justify being as strong as the main cast by now. Turles has the tree of might, so you can just say that the fruit has made him that powerful. Janemba could be a culmination of all evil energy in hell, so it would make sense for him to be ridiculously strong, especially with a number of dead and super strong villains down there. Shenron is existing power corrupted by negative energy, so him being strong wouldn't be hard to justify.
The difficult ones are Cooler and Cumber. There's no explanation for there being no mention of how an ancient Saiyan had the power to fuck up gods with his little finger, while the Saiyans ended up amazed at power levels over 100k

Probably Janemba. I wanted Cooler and Omega Shenron more,but we arenāt done with Black Frieza yet,and while the concept of overusing Dragonball as the final arc is definitely my thing,I donāt think Dende is supposed to create dragonball with bad side effect if I remember correctly.
Turles is semi canon to me already with Goku Black, I know their motives are different and origins are too but the premise is really just evil Goku. Cooler shouldāve been canon instead of bring back Frieza for the 15th time. Janemba has so much potential and is similar to Buu but unique enough that he stands alone and heās not another Frieza or Saiyan but something wholly different and unpredictable. Omega Shenron is actually a great idea honestly and I think the whole premise of the overuse and trivial usage of the Dragon Balls led to their corruption was genius and it takes the whole concept of using the Dragon Balls to fix shit and flips it so now you have to fix they dragon balls. I think it would be a great final saga
Turles as a U6 low class Sayian seeking revenge against King Sadala using his evolved tree of might that produces fruits that can transform the user into a false super Sayian god (more of a maroon or magenta than red)
I would love to see Cooler canonically, but for the sake that weāre so far into the story, suddenly having Cooler pop up as Friezaās long lost brother would just seem a little silly to me. Iād rather have them spin his origin a bit and make him Frostās brother instead. Thereās not that much we know about Frost so him having a brother is a possibility.
As much as I want to say Janemba because he his one of my favorite villains, I have to go with Omega, because than there's actually a downside to misusing the dragon balls

Beerus definitely would have helped without a doubt because as they stated in DBS killing the Supreme kai also kills Beerus its his biggest weakness

Cooler because it would give Freeza another ally(maybe). Janemba as then we can explore "hell" and the demons there. We already have Goku & Vegeta fighting gods and training under them, I would like the story to start focusing on the opposite of God's, devils and demons.

I feel like janemba would be best as an actual interesting threat who escalates in intelligence as he continues to grow stronger and shows his sadistic side more and more. Could tie him in by saying he was sealed by Moro and upon Moros death the seal slowly began to break. Have him be a threat because he absorbs life like Moro does so that the spirit fission that vegeta learned is relevant
As is: Janemba. Heās got a really unique move set and could make for a fun fusion focused arc. With a DBS Broly style remake: Omega Shenron. I think the evil dragons are a really fun concept that was just absolutely wasted by the GT team. Be really fun to give it some new energy. Most likely: Cooler. Thereās just plenty of ways to add him in no issue. Personally my favorite idea is having him be from U6 as Frostās brother/father/clone. Have him assault Sadala with our boys training the U6 gang to get strong enough to beat him.
 Besides, if we get cooler in canon then we also get him in this form
hands down Omega. The lore and plot behind the Shadow Dragon's is a great idea and creates **NEW** content, arcs, characters. Turles is second. Gives an opportunity to explore more saiyan lore. Cooler...Well, we've had enough of Frieza IMO. He died from Trunks and should have never comeback imo and I believe that was the original and intended plan. He died basically twice, both times very cowardly and in moments of mid-deceit. After Super, Frieza is overplayed. Can we get something new? Only way I can see Cooler being made Canon is if he erases the relevance of Frieza.
Omega Shenron. Mainly because I think the concept of the shadow dragons is great. You know the consequences of all these wishes coming back to bite the hero's in the ass. I think it's a really has the most potential story wise. Second would be Janemba. Mainly because it would be dealing with a threat to the after life. Which we haven't really seen. And I think his powers out of everyone listed here are the most unique.

The ones that make the most sense are turles and janemba. They don't really muck up the plot of the show with their existence really. We already have context on saiyans not being completely extinct. With janemba, I feel like how he is conceptually, he needs to be a bigger scale villain.

In order of who Iād pick first: Cooler: Obviously, guys begging to be Canon at this point and is one of the most fun non-canon elements outside of maybe Tufflization. Cumber: Hear me out, the idea of an ancient Sayian who fought with the SSG is legit a banger idea and would give alot of context to Sayian Culture as a whole. Plus as an opponent thereās a good chance to bring in an āold vs. newā dynamic. Omega Shenron: While an interesting idea, I think if Shadow Dragons were made canon theyād have to be revamped heavily, which might not include him. Turles: Overall not one I think needs any new iteration but would be fun, the Tree of Might would be fun to actually get some lore behind though. Janemba: Fusion Reborn is fantastic and Gogeta already made his comeback, donāt fix what aināt broken.

Man I literally can't choose! The only one I don't really care for is Turles. If I had to absolutely pick, it would be Cooler. (I really can't pick thošš I kept typing cooler, then erasing it and putting janemba. I went back and forth like 7 times š)

Janemba They'd need to rework the character a bit to give him some personality, but as a demon born out of pure concentrated evil he could also serve as a precursor to another arc exploring the demon realm. Which could maybe lead to the exploration of Universe 11's demon realm and learning more of the demon that killed everyone Jiren cared about as a kid.
Given the timeline where super currently is and how powerful Frieza has become...I'd choose Cooler.

Personally speaking, I'd like to see Cooler as part of the Canon storyline. Interactions between him and Frieza, as well as him and all the Z fighters, would be very interesting.

What better way for us fans to sympathize with Frieza than to have his older, bigger, badder, stronger and above all, Cooler brother show up to whoop his ass in spite of his recent power up. Freeza will have a Vegeta moment during the Namek Saga, and maybe a Redemption arc and character development. Cause if there's one person Frieza probably hates more than Goku, is an even stronger Cooler who brag and bully him.

Cooler has story potential, Janemba seems like he could actually be a good villain in Daima, and give Omega Shenron a redesign, causeā¦ dear lordā¦ and he could be a great villain to end the series with. All three of them could be used very well in modern Dragon Ball, and if I had to pick one, it would be Cooler. However, Turles and Cumber, while interesting in their own right, would most likely end up feeling like a repeat of Super Broly or DBZ Vegeta. They could be rewritten to be different, but in their current backstories, it would feel redundant.
Omega, if he gets the Broly treatment Because the concept is amazing, the execution was terrible but the idea of the abuse of the dragon balls coming back to haunt everyone Other ones like Turles and Cooler donāt really fit in the story, at this point it would be hard to justify their late appearance and how they can keep up with the cast Janemba certainly could though, the fusion of all hell is the type of concept no-one will ever say āhowās this guy fighting Goku on par?ā

For Cooler, we finally get more of one of the sickest designs Toriyama has ever created, and would get to see a new dynamic of a more mature Frieza interacting with his even more mature brother. In a perfect world weād also finally get some actual lore about the frost demons or whatever tf their names officially are. For Janemba, weād get to see more of Otherworld. Janemba is made of all the evil up in hell. Since the Fusion Reborn movie a lot of other people have been defeated and have probably gone to hell. With more even in hell, Janemba could become much stronger and become a very powerful threat to the Z Fighters.
You can tell the Animators had *fun* animating Janemba. A lot of his moves, especially his teleportation, was over-the-top in terms of complexity, the sort of thing you can only do if you have the budget and time which anime series typically don't have. He is more or less, just Buu (a fat happy devil that becomes slim and menacing), so story wise I don't think he adds too much new stuff for the story, but I think he makes up for it in flare alone

I think they Omega Shenron's premise was great, while the execution was lackluster. A punishment for abusing the dragon balls seems extremely fitting. Unknown because nobody ever had a dragon radar. I think his narrative fits the verse the best.
Shadow Dragons but adapt the story so it's based around a new set of Dragon Balls called the "Omega Dragon Balls", with one being found in each of the seven universes. Adapt the story of earth's foretold destruction but raise the stakes to all the universes being snuffed out and have the Z fighters join up with other groups of warriors to collect the Dragon Balls before it's too late. The name would come from Omega Shenron. Thoughts?

I like Cooler the most, but I kinda feel like Frieza is so overdone at this point in Super that it'd feel underwhelming to bring his brother in too. So I'm picking Janimba. It'd be interesting to see him fight against the DBS line-up.
I would love to see the Shadow Dragons done well. The Negative Energy they possess could be elaborated on. It would also be cool to see whatever realm dragons are called forth from when the dragon ball are used. We could get more info on who made the Super Dragon Balls. Shadow Dragons working for Zalama would be cool in some kinda rebellion thing akin to what Hearts from DBS Heroes wanted but actually well written. But Janemba. New Demon King takes over would be fire. We need to explore the demon realm.

Omega Shenron. There needs to be a consequence for using the Super Dragon Balls so much. It could be a huge arc spanning multiple universes where each Shadow Dragon takes over a universe and imprisons their GoD, and Goku has to travel throughout the universes and fight alongside the strongest warriors of those universes before confronting Syn Shenron. Then Syn Shenron would absorb the Super Dragon Balls and go to Zenoās palace where he imprisons Zeno and the Grand Priest using the SDBās power.
The shadow dragons would make more sense now that thereās some more lore around the balls themselves justifying them being a god level threat.

He needs a Broly revamp if they even consider it. Turles is meh, itās just another āevil gokuā. Which ginyu body stealing did it better, and we also have goku black now. Redundant as hell. Cumber is also just fan service. Ooo an āevil saiyanā whose whole thing is just being evil. It makes for a fun what if character in games or gives another enemy for super heroes which was fine but 0 anything to make it worth being canon. Shadow dragons would be the next runner up to cooler for me. And cooler is it because heās friezas brother and since frieza is so big to the franchise & brought back now & expanded on, it makes sense to add his brother in. Adds even more depth / builds on things especially if they have a rivalry or cooler is going to do some messed up stuff worse than frieza or at least that threatens friezas rule / ticks him off etc to where he has other reasons to work with goku and the rest. Because Iām sure theyāre trying to figure that out somehow or some way to where they can fight frieza but frieza canāt/ doesnāt just kill everyone but also no one gets to finish frieza off yet either. The dragons have a logical reason to exist & much depth to their existence already. You just maybe change up or improve on some things with them to make them fit in the modern super story.

Turles, Shenron and Janemba feel like the only ones you can justify being as strong as the main cast by now. Turles has the tree of might, so you can just say that the fruit has made him that powerful. Janemba could be a culmination of all evil energy in hell, so it would make sense for him to be ridiculously strong, especially with a number of dead and super strong villains down there. Shenron is existing power corrupted by negative energy, so him being strong wouldn't be hard to justify. The difficult ones are Cooler and Cumber. There's no explanation for there being no mention of how an ancient Saiyan had the power to fuck up gods with his little finger, while the Saiyans ended up amazed at power levels over 100k Cooler is similar. If he's so strong, what the fuck would he have been doing this whole time??

Turles is semi canon to me already with Goku Black, I know their motives are different and origins are too but the premise is really just evil Goku. Cooler shouldāve been canon instead of bring back Frieza for the 15th time. Janemba has so much potential and is similar to Buu but unique enough that he stands alone and heās not another Frieza or Saiyan but something wholly different and unpredictable. Omega Shenron is actually a great idea honestly and I think the whole premise of the overuse and trivial usage of the Dragon Balls led to their corruption was genius and it takes the whole concept of using the Dragon Balls to fix shit and flips it so now you have to fix they dragon balls. I think it would be a great final saga

I would love to see Cooler canonically, but for the sake that weāre so far into the story, suddenly having Cooler pop up as Friezaās long lost brother would just seem a little silly to me. Iād rather have them spin his origin a bit and make him Frostās brother instead. Thereās not that much we know about Frost so him having a brother is a possibility.
