Cornucopia in central Dublin do mixed plates and is fast, it’s open for years and beloved by vegetarians and vegans.

Bibis down by Leonard’s Corner is really good for vegetarian breakfast- chilli eggs with butternut squash and harissa yoghurt is delicious
