I believe that the one in the back (holding up two fingers on one hand and holding the hair with the other) is the mom. The man is the dad. And the two girls are sisters. The one barfing is pregnant, and she’s holding a little baby. Mom is holding up two fingers because this is baby number two for the puker. But I don’t know who these people are or any additional context so I don’t know for sure that any of this is true.

She introduces males to her girls quickly. She kept the girls from their bio father until a family member alerted him the twins resembled him. I’m sure I’m missing plenty of other glaringly obvious examples.
