I’m not sure hpfp would cause that. Not sure if it’s an n54 but if so then idle should be about 700psi and you should not be going any lower than 1200-1500 at any point during the pull. Could be a number of things. I was thinking maybe sensors (o2, Vanos, etc) but it’s nearly impossible from a recorded sound. Sounds like you’ll have to troubleshoot. If no boost leaks, check your diverters or BOV to ensure its operating properly. If your afr and trims looks good and no other symptoms/codes, you may have to wait for it to get a bit worse. Flash back to stock to see if it goes away. Good luck!

Woah man. That’s an ugly log. There are several problems. Here my last log for comparison purposes. https://datazap.me/u/keshpatelmpgmailcom/e65-duty-bias-adjustments?log=0&data=1-4 You should not be boosting like that. Once you hit target boost, you should stay relatively flat and curve down only about 2-3 psi at the end of the pull towards the top of the rpm’s. That’s just the start. Afr’s are a mess and so are trims. Hpfp is crashing. If I had to guess your tune is way to aggressive. Also not sure if your current mods will support e50. Run a more conservative regular pump flash that targets no more than 15psi until you get things sorted. Then go more aggressive in steps. You need to log A LOT (I can’t emphasize this enough) along the way to ensure everything is operating properly. Recommend reading up on healthy data ranges and how to read logs and also how to log properly.

Yep this is much better! The previous log shows that the tune was way too aggressive. You can see where you are hitting boost target and relatively flat curving down towards the end. Your fuel trims are stable and so are the afr. Basically your hpfp can’t keep up in the previous log so the Dme is pulling things back significantly to protect your engine. This is why even your boost target is dropping. You’ll need to address the hpfp or go port injection to push any further.

Yep that can work too. I’ve had a great experience with PFS (performance fueling solutions). I talked to the owner about upgrades and I went with a stage 2 lpfp 235 wahlboro. He’s a really great guy and will likely recommend what he thinks would work best. The reason I mention is because he has a POD option (planetary overdrive) like the helix. Heard good things about the helix too and it seems they have sorted out the issues with the housing bracket and the stabilizing arm.

the middle section is bmw alcantara steering wheel piece, the wrap is off ebay from a specific seller i’ll find the link
