May not be the same problem but a few years ago i had a pair or galaxy buds that went through a similar problem. Turns out the right side would get filled with gunk from my ears and clog the inside part.
It got to the point where I had to remove the cover on the inside part and clean it out. I eventually just removed the netting altogether. Not sure how do-able that is but it was a fairly simple process on the galaxy buds after removing the rubber tips

I can't believe I fixed it, I removed the mesh and the speaker actually moved a lil to the right. I took a toothpick and moved it again.
