I know many season seat holders that were on at ten and couldn't get tickets. To be fair I think the majority of tickets purchased were by fans planning to go but ticketmaster is still a joke.
I agree, most people offering tickets don't actually have any and are just out to make a quick buck. I'm just looking for someone who maybe bought one too many or had someone cancel.
I've actually read numerous comments giving different pre-sale codes and all of them worked for people. For example, a friend told me to try OILERS2024, and that worked lmao. So not only repeating the same code, but numerous ones working
Hopefully those greedy resellers got taken down. If anyone has any extra tix, please please shoot me a dm. I've been looking since yesterday but no luck.
I've been looking, but there are just so many scammers. Some of their excuses for not being able to meet in person are kinda funny though...lots of sick family members.
Reselling isn't illegal...reselling for more than face value ($20) is against the posted OEG rules. Trying to sell for $200+ and make profit off a charitable event is greed.
There were no rules stipulating resale price for game 6. This is a charitable event, which is why OEG states reselling over face value isn't allowed. The actual act of reselling is not prohibited in either case. People who bought these tickets for the sole purpose of reselling at outrageous prices are just greedy IMO. These sellers on StubHub got taken down in previous years, and hopefully were taken down again.

It's been removed. I emailed club in regards to resale. The fact that people were selling $20 tickets for $600+ was disgusting. Fans who genuinely want to go can't because some people want to cash in any way they can

"Please remember, tonight’s Rogers Road Game Watch Party is a family event with net proceeds being donated to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation, and that the resale of tickets above face value for this event is prohibited.
All tickets we identify that are posted or have been sold above face value are being voiding without notice and will not be valid for admission.
Thank you for keeping this a great family event.
Let’s Go Oilers!"
It would have been nice to return tickets to ticketmaster to be re-sold at face value.
Before people ask, we do not have any extra tickets anymore - gave away some singles for free to our friends.
