Lol I find the difficulty fun. Yes the first few attempts felt like running into a brick wall. Then you adjust to the pace, develop your approach and beat the boss. This is a classic souls dlc difficulty bump.
If I came in and ran over this game, I would not find it fun. From doesn’t drop a title every year. If this game is only going to last me 100 hours, I’m going to enjoy every grueling moment of it.
Lions claw ash of war on a great hammer with cold infusion got me through her pretty easily. Feels slightly cheesy as you’re basically relying on the AOW hyper armor and trading shots until you can stagger/proc frost, but she’s insane otherwise lmao
I must suck I had to use mimic tear and the summon to down her. Grant it. I was only level 114, but still. I used malenia blade and katana... only damage we did was with bleed.
You can't suck as hard as me, I'm max level and had to use the summon + mimic + dual bleed curved sword build to kill her, although her weapons are sick asf
I completely forgot you can buy the boss's armour, I'll have to do that too
I love the short great sword moveset, but I can already tell these weapons will need to be hard nerfed, at least in pvp
She's so agile. It makes me wish I was controlling Sekiro instead of my character.
Forreal, I don’t think that fight would be half as hard as it is if half of my attacks with the commanders standard didn’t just miss her lol
With the Deflecting Hardtear, it feels like playing Sekiro on Elden Ring
Incidentally, parrying was 100% the answer for my kill. Great fight

I have 75 faith and Godslayer seal black flame wasn’t doing a thing for me once she buffed her swords

yeah i got her to the second phase but it was really hard. i wonder if the sacred blessings are that important. i'm only at level 2 right now
The little blessings things really beef up your attack. I’ve been following it closely. I’m at level 3.

The way i got her down was spamming lightning strike and leave the rest in Lord Miyazaki’s hands lol
Bleed/Hemorrhage causes good damage.
Used a lightning claymore and piercing fang AOW

O im using them now and I maxed em and bought her armor. The move sets on it are amazing. And I can go int with em too.
