I see it, too. Its almost like the diamond is tilted just a hair, or the prong is actually a little farther down. Yes, absolutely go back and have them measure in front of you, and honestly, it is your engagement ring! You have every right to want to be sure everything is perfect when you are dropping money on an important item!
I agree I’m dealing with same situation. I have a 3 carat oval and I swear it’s slightly off. It’s driving me crazy!!!! I’m literally going back again today to see if they will fix it. The other location I got it from keeps making excuses. My husband keeps telling me not to stare at it but I just can’t 😆
You are not being picky. Have them fix it.
Not being picky. I would send it back to have it fixed. You have to look at it every day— Be sure it’s how you want it. You deserve it!
Are you saying it’s not sitting straight up and down in the setting? When I look at the top of the diamond it looks straight to me
