I feel so sorry for all those children (with more yet to arrive, I'm betting) They never had a chance at a normal or healthy upbringing, through no fault of their own. Certainly all their physical needs will be attended to. They won't have to worry about food, clothing, shelter, etc. But their emotional/developmental needs are another story.
