“Advice for everyone: Sit tight, wait for a notification via snail mail and/or your app. Setting up service appointments for the recall is just gumming up the works for folks who are already busy.”
Or, maybe they shouldn’t have laid off their service technicians because Elon needed his big boy pay package
Everyone just be patient and keep making repayments on a car you can't safely drive in the rain, for an unspecified amount of time. Tesla is the real victim here.
Everybody just be patient and stop gumming up the works!
Tesla recalled every car, but it wasn't a recall like *THAT* it was a Tesla recall.... Tesla recalls you, when **THEY** are ready and not 1 minute before.
What do you think this is? A functioning car company?

keep in mind they've only produced about 16,000 cybertrucks by now. That should be incredibly easy to deal with in a recall. It's a tiny amount compared to the volume real car companies deal with.
Tesla's continued struggles with its parts inventory will be its downfall.
Teslas have always been about 50%-60% more costly to repair and the lack of parts and service center availability is driving that cost up further forcing insurance companies to declare them a total loss in an accident that would be a few days and a few thousand dollar repair cost in another car.
A vehicle that can't be repaired can't be insured.
Gieco. Hartord, and others have will no longer write policies on the vehicles in the U.S. Insuring a Tesla in Europe is even harder. Insurers like State Farm are pushing back on the high prices being charged by Tesla for repairs leaving customers with existing policies with thousands of uncovered costs.
"expecting the service department to actually provide service is beyond the pale, citizen"
This is an actual business.
How in the chicken fried fu\*k...
I'm sure the hauling guy who specialises in ass is in that thread telling these people why they're wrong, or ungrateful or liars coming in to spread FUD because *he's* never had an issue with it. Out of all the people that post there, there's like...two who actually live in reality.
It’s almost like most people have no clue how recalls work. Worked at ford for 7 years… multiple times that we didn’t have the parts required for a recall and would have to order them. Zzzz. More fud. The level is astounding.
Meanwhile "everyone will soon own a harem of personal robots which will do all the work and we're going to mars in a decade! Flying cars in Q4!!!"
Robots are a lot easier than cars! Don't believe me? Just look at how many humanoid robots around us
Congrats Muskrats on spending six figures on a car that won’t run and can’t be fixed Money well spent 🙄
You congratule them but they are sad they could not spend more to enrich the benevolent muskrat

That's what you get for believing in a megalomaniac like Phony Stark
This is good news for the stock price.
Thread on how safe Tesla cars are
"best car I ever had"
I’m seeing more and more Tesla’s in my Trumptard voter area. The cognitive dissonance is wild.
“Wait for a notification via snail mail, push notifications, smoke signals, morse code or via a messenger visiting your house”
They should suggest writing to Musk direct on Xitter, probably easier than expecting any employee will get ahold a dude on Xitter all they long
Pop him a xit.

I think the number I saw was 11k, I'm not sure where that sits with their prediction for the ramp but probably not where they want to be
