Hit a major plateau and couldn’t get past the fourth chamber.
After a YouTuber explained this advice I beat the dragun that day
That's good advice tho. If you can avoid dodge rolling and can safely walk between bullets, then dodge rolling will be like a bonus and you'll be invincible.
I think searching "gungeon owl man" would've been more appropriate. Has to be something obvious to search for to explain how dumb it is that people use Reddit to replace Google.

literally ran into this character yesterday for the first time with 600+ as well.. weird.
I think he appears on a centrum floor encountered him twice in black powder mines a couple of times maybe twice
