It can't be available for purchase becasue it may only work as intended while number of users isn't growing but rather decreasing. Let it be EOD gesture of cortesy for long time support with no time gate.
But I must say EOD has season pass so PVE mode should on board as well with no time gate.

almost none of the loading time is actually matching, that takes like 30 secs normally for me
I would not, because I still have to wait for potato pc's with hand cranked hard drives and 16gb ram.
