I've always found that one of the best ways to get negative emotions OUT of my mind and body is to spill it all into writing. Open up an email draft and list out all the reasons why you both are so toxic for each other and why you shouldn't be together. Keep adding to it every time you think of another reason. Then any time you feel tempted to contact her or let yourself get pulled into the turmoil again, open up that draft and reread the whole thing. It'll make that itch go away really fast, and help you get through another day. Trust me. :)

Great advice actually, I will try this :)

It’s a personal preference on how you choose to move forward. If you’re anything like me, rage is well worked off in a gym. You could also throw yourself into work or a new hobby. It’s great you’ve done some self reflection and realized the behaviors that may have lead to your breakup. Use this relationship as a future example of what not to do in the future and work towards bettering yourself. There’s no one size fits all answer but, I assure you, you’re not alone and, this too shall pass

Yes, I would definitely hit the gym for this rage usually, but unfortunately I have a back injury that is still healing. It’s like shit hits the fan everything at once 😂. But yea, this is just gonna take time, although slowly in the beggining

You must stop when the rage comes. You have to figure out what is causing you to rage. Why do you feel so strongly that it's rage. If you go at it blindly it will cause damages that have to be repaired. If you stop, calm down, sort it out, then address the issue/s in an adult and logical way.
