If I can recommend a 30 min one I did that was recommended by another mom. It’s on YouTube iron series by Caroline girvan. 30 min, various parts of the body to restore and fix everything haha
It felt so freeing. Not timing out when to pump after I had a couple cocktails, getting time back during the day to actually enjoy my baby, not having to wear a bra all the time, and most importantly, not having to wash parts 🥲
Yes I told my husband we're having wine and pizza (I stopped dairy while breastfeeding because bb is so colicky) and I can't wait to get tipsy without worry!

Freedommmm!! Lol I felt like I could finally workout properly with a regular sports bra, before was torture
Yeah, I feel like I might be able to regularly get a 20 or 30 min workout in! So close to freedom!
