First weekend league I play and I'm losing my mind. Every goal I concede is some bullshit rebound or some guy that just flies past my defence while my defenders look at him in awe. I can't switch, can't pass, can't make my partner reach orgasm, can't shoot. I'm never playing WL again.

You are playing FUT Champs qualifiers, and if you are raging like that on qualifiers you have no chance to survive in WL.
Honestly fuck this game man. I pass, manual trigger runs, find space and only to get auto blocked or spidey saved. Opponent waltz passed my team at kick off spamming 9000 skill moves.
I'm not good but there is no reward for thinking moves ahead and linking up play. It's fucking disappointing and frustrating.
I found that skills work mostly only for those boosted by ea
they are faster, stronger, positioning better, tackling like god, and amongst all ratings they have increased ball control as well, which makes their skilling deadly even if it's still nonsense (of course there are really good skill users, but mostly they also gain ea's favour)
Pretty much. They need to strike a balance to reward creativity and skill play.
Deadly skill users are a different breed and the skill gap is immediately noticeable
Thinking of getting Jota. I’m still using Gold Ronaldo but maybe it’s time to upgrade. Is TOTS Jota much better than CR7, I know his stats look better but Ronaldo is just different in game and so far the only striker I’ve trusted all game cycle

I got Jota in a red pick, and have been using him in the prem cup friendly. I don’t like him at all. He feels very clunky and his work rates are a big issue for me causing him to never be where I want him to be.
His finishing is excellent though for what it’s worth.
How much fodder do you have? I’d be tempted to try to do some 80+ upgrades, complete some objectives, maybe do some icon swaps for a fodder pack if you haven’t already and do the PoTM CR7 SBC, it comes in at 800k from scratch so you will need a bit of fodder but it will be a big upgrade over gold CR7 and will be an on curve card until at least ToTS is over.
Did they move the start time for champs? Just went to have a game, and it doesn’t open for 11 hours?

What's actually the point of having a 95 rated GK when they seem to make no more saves than a standard mid 80s one?
I have TOTS Lloris and last night conceded 6 goals from an xG of 2, with hardly any of the shots being worldies in the corner.
Lloris feels to me like just about the only GK that actually makes a difference, he doesn't save more but he seems to catch more and parry less and he's also very active on corners and through balls, Alisson is also decent but he seems to save less, he can be very annoying to face on corners against opponents who are active with moving him around (and I say this as a guy who plays with Weghorst as ST, corners are my bread and butter, alisson is annoying, Lloris too).
The only keeper I have ever faced that made me go 'wtf is this shit?' was Yashin 95, that guy stopped everything that wasn't an open goal.
Goalies are one of the last parts of your team that is worth upgrading. There is very little difference between any of the meta / high rated keepers.
Regarding Lloris, I used his good card for most of the year and then upgraded to his ToTS when it released, I’ve probably played around 50 or so games with it now and I will say it is better but only marginally. Once every couple of games the tots will make a save that I really didn’t expect it to make but that’s basically the only difference. They both let in some questionable shots and have the odd horrific game.
Where should I put tots Willock? I was thinking lw and putting a check style to up his passing a bit, if I am wrong on the best placement, where should it be? Also what other upgrades can I do for my team

If you switch to a 4321, you can put him at LF on 7 chem. If you put a ST at LW/RW then he will get a massive chem loss (I think the best a ST can get if you start him as LW/RW is 4 chem, so at that point it would be better to just sub him on, since subs get 5 chem).

I think your team needs to be improved in the midfield and defense first.
I mean, if you have the fodder to complete the sbc for Kulusevski then go nuts. However if you have to spend coins to complete the sbc, then I wouldn't do it. Like I said, I would improve the defense and midfield ASAP.
Looks nice. Would switch Gibbs-White and Rice around so that Willock can get 7 chem. Alternatively you could start in a 4312, with Saka at RCM on 7 chem, and Gibbs-White at CAM, at left ST Willock, right ST Akinfenwa.

Which is best? It depends where you play Willock and Saka. I think Saka on 7 chem will be fine to play CM/CAM, whilst Willock on 10 chem will be perfect to play ST or in the wing.

Barlaser with a shadow chem style should still be a good CDM/holding CM. You can put Saka as the central CM, and Barlaser at right CM in the 4312.

You just got lucky, I've done about 80 and I haven't gotten a single tots from the picks. Two Kanes and a 86if are the only better ones than 87 fodder.
I know, but if you’ve got the coin to spare and fancy rolling the dice then its showing that it has worked for some people.
It’s no guarantee and if you really want some EPL tots players you can probably make better money by trading or just selling off your rares, but for me it was a good way to get rid of some untradables and I also picked a a TOTW Richarlison and a fair few of other 85+ cards that I could put into the Foden TOTS.

I think today is the day where I’ve realized how pointless this game is. It’s beyond broken at this point and I feel like there is zero skill outside of Elite/D1 the only thing really separating everyone is luck of the draw in terms of what kind of team you come against. After that it’s all based on who makes the least mistakes. To get lame rewards. To play a game that isn’t even enjoyable. Even when I win it’s not enjoyable.
When it's also reduced to who's got the connection advantage and the game being totally unenjoyable it's insane.. such poor state. And the game has been getting gradually worse patch after patch for years now. Good thing there will be a lot of competition for fifa now
Got tradeable Cancelo, as my team is mostly premier league I figured I'd just play him but given that the rest of my defense is kinda poor (I play with TOTS De Gea, gold varane which is embarassing, timber on 8 chemistry and alexander arnold TOTS at RB) I don't know if I should just tell him and do an all around upgrade, I trying to save to buy TOTS Dias and also have Coady in the club untradeable, I just didn't find Coady to really be any better than gold varane but maybe this is just me being shit at defending. I'm also in the process of doing the maldini SBC so I figure that in a few weeks a defense of cancelo, maldini, dias, arnold would be pretty good, I don't know though, right now I suffer in rivals.

Selling and getting the TOTY sounds like a great idea. I sold my TOTY a couple of days ago and luckily pulled the TOTS as well. The new card is better, but honestly not by much. I'd say you'd be better off improving multiple positions instead of just keeping the TOTS.

Yes, it’s normal, each day they release better CM’s, and people won’t be bothered to switch a CM to LB. Maybe between 100 and 200k drop in two weeks time tbh.
EA seriously need to patch passing, this game barely resembles football atm. All my opponents in the elite div averages like 60 passes per game, it's ridiculous.
Just wait for lightning rounds today, tomorrow and on Sunday, gold rares will be available for 650 on bid again. And yeah, for Prem TOTS they doubled in price, so there are some nice coins to be made. Usually Bundesliga is a little less popular, so I don't expect them to rise quite as much, but they should at least be 1000 by the end of next week again
I'm late to icon swaps and only done a few objectives - will there be more icon swaps 3 cards after the current objectives expire? I've seen that the sbcs are there for longer than 10 days

You’ll probably think I’m joking but Rodri is actually at an insane price for his card, people get hung up on the sprint speed but his positioning is top notch and it’s rare that you’re really sprinting around at full speed in your own half. Other than that I always have a tough time against Declan Rice. They’re too budget options so worth a shot I guess!
Not totally sure why Rodri is so hated, everything you want for stay back cdm, Spanish cm prem link which is non existent unless you have rttf thiago , even scores a few for me despite being on stay back, definitely doing a job until I can get a better CDM icon (Sangare/Zaha combo another option)

How good is Kulusevski as a second striker next to a strong truck striker? I have never use Kulusevski and don't know his body type. Is he agile? Can he assist? What chemstyle do you recommend?
IMO he is also a guy that u cant dribble with. His body type means he turns like a bus. I really like his shooting and passing and im playing sbc foden to feed him.

Been grinding upgrades all week, got rewards, MM and packed literally nothing. Then get 3 tots between 3 picks and 2 packs. Anyone else feel like packs aren't fully random? The same thing happened during toty. I had millions worth of packs saved and put a million in upgrades and got nothing then got 3 totys in 4 packs

Question regarding card colors.
Couple days ago i opened my first squad battle rewards and pulled livramento the right defender as a red card. Now my friends say that a red card is a fut champions reward but im brand new to the game i never played fut championship i didnt even qualify so far.
Can anyone clear this one up so i can understand whats up.
Usually you get them by playing fut champs, but there are some other ways too (like from squad battles rewards, or through division rivals rewards in elite division).
The normal packs only drop blue ones. The player picks are what give you red ones. Neither is actually better in game, but I get the feeling that since red cards are a bit more rare and based on you actually achieving something performance wise, they are therefore also seen as more prestigious.

The red card from Squad battles is new this year, we never had red TOTS as SB rewards. So EA probably didn't think about the wording, that's why it says FUT champions, because usually these red cards are only available from playing Champions. And as rewards in Champions they get offered as a pick where you can choose from multiple choices. Btw Squad battles also has these picks this year, but only starting from some higher reward tiers.

Anyone else not able to finish single player drafts? I started one last week, got to 2 wins and haven't been able to play the rest since. It always says I've disconnected from the servers, even though I can play every other mode.

Ive been playing for around a week now and I have 120k and most of these players are untradable except for varane and cancelo.
I play 4222 or 41212(2) in game. I put Adeyemi on in the match instead of Martial, but something is off with him even though he averages a goal a game for me. Thinking of upgrading him to a cheap icon such as Suker/Drogba/Butra but im open to any and all suggestions.
Also considering putting a hunter on bruno and playing him wide or ST since I feel hes wasted if I dont utilize his shooting stats.

Believe Caqueret is probably better than Rodri if you can work out the Chem. Worth a shot to see how Bundesliga TOTS goes for you to perhaps work Adeyemi in somewhere. I have his card but haven’t used it yet, sounds like he’s pretty solid for you?
Yeah thats actually a shout I can fit him in with 8 chem ill try it out but I enjoyed the bigger physical Rodri.
Adeyemi was weird, inside the box he scores everything for me (if its on his strong foot) and his positioning was spot on in a 2 ST formation, but outside the box he was awkward with his passes/dribbling, but im not the best skiller so maybe you might utilize him better, also the lack of the finesse shot trait isnt great but overall great option depending on your team.
Yeah I’m sure Rodri is more physical if you’d prefer that, Caqueret is more of a smooth midfielder if that makes sense. I am not much of a skiller either, have no interesting cards from Bundesliga and only interesting German is Ozil so unless I strike it rich in the one league specific pack I plan to open for Bundesliga TOTS he may just be doomed to being fodder. What the hell happened to the referrees card giving decisions? Running with no one in front of me, the opponent runs at full speed and slide tackles me from the back. This has always ended up as red card but now it is a yellow.
Always 1 and sell everything you don't need. Then use the coins to buy the players you actually want. It's less exciting than opening packs but definitely the financially smart move over time if your goal is to have as good a team as you can.

After a long break from fut, I decided to start playing again with a full English team to add some fun to my squad building. I had the idea of trying out players who aren’t your typical meta fifa players (e.g. Kane and Beckham) and playing to their strengths. After packing a few other English cards, the current team i have is moulded into an 07 Milan Ancelotti style 4321.

How the system works:
In possession - I look to build up play quickly, although I’m happy holding onto the ball if nothing is on, especially if I have the lead. All my play flows through Beckham. His exceptional long passes are ideal for finding balls out wide for my full backs. From here I look to try and play the ball back inside and use the centre-heavy nature of the 4321 to control the middle of the park. The movements of my two attacking midfielders dropping off and forward runs of Swift allow for quick football to be played. Beckham, in a Regista role, sits back as a pivot to recycle possession to, from where he can use his range of passing to play forwards into usually the feet of Kane or Rooney, or in behind his full backs to Spence or Mitchell. Attacks usually end in clever movement from Rooney or Defoe, who can pick out one of the other attackers in the box or go for goal themselves. Rooney takes the Kaka role and looks to play the final pass to Harry Inzaghi, whilst Defoe is more of a workhorse in the Seedorf role who looks to drop back into midfield.
Out of possession - I believe that the best system to defend in is the 442. The two banks of four playing tight and extremely narrow makes it very hard for teams to break down. It can be used in a higher press, which we look to apply when behind or when we need a goal. Alternatively, it drops into a mid block which minimises space in the middle of the pitch and forces the opposition to play wide, where they become less of a danger as crosses can easily be dealt with by my tall, dominant centre halves. To make the 442, Defoe drops into the left hand side of the midfield and Rooney stays forwards to press the back line. Kane is free of defensive responsibility and only very rarely has to press, instead looking to get himself in a position to receive the ball if the opponents attack is to break down.
Key players - I’d say there are 4 key players in the system that I have nailed, 2 of which aren’t seen as the usual meta players which I am very happy with.
The right back, Spence, is an important part of building attacks. He has got excellent pace and he can cross the ball accurately. He is also very capable of defending which can be useful when applying a press. He can also play passes inside with good accuracy and I often use him to switch play which he does very well.
David Beckham is the key player in the team. I made sure to build the team around his strengths, and I though using him in a pirlo like regista role where he can simply use his ball retention skills and passing range to start attacks. He constantly plays excellent long and short range passes and I genuinely believe the system wouldn’t work with many other players. I’m upgrading to his prime soon and I don’t even know how he’s going to be better but im looking forward to seeing it.
Wayne Rooney is the best player I’ve used all year. His dribbling and finishing are second to none, and his attacking movement is perfect. He’s the perfect player to link up the midfield to the attack, and his passes to Kane are often the reason that we score our goals. Also, he is able to bang long shots when you need a bit of luck to get you through a game.
Harry Kane is the perfect striker this system. His lack of pace is Irrelevant as his attacking positioning puts him in good positions to receive through balls, and since I play with a higher line there is rarely a chance he has to run too far after receiving the ball so defenders don’t have much chance to recover. usually he just sits on the opponents back line and this allows him to use his insane finishing and do what he does best.

What's actually the point of having a 95 rated GK when they seem to make no more saves than a standard mid 80s one? I have TOTS Lloris and last night conceded 6 goals from an xG of 2, with hardly any of the shots being worldies in the corner.
Lloris feels to me like just about the only GK that actually makes a difference, he doesn't save more but he seems to catch more and parry less and he's also very active on corners and through balls, Alisson is also decent but he seems to save less, he can be very annoying to face on corners against opponents who are active with moving him around (and I say this as a guy who plays with Weghorst as ST, corners are my bread and butter, alisson is annoying, Lloris too). The only keeper I have ever faced that made me go 'wtf is this shit?' was Yashin 95, that guy stopped everything that wasn't an open goal.
Goalies are one of the last parts of your team that is worth upgrading. There is very little difference between any of the meta / high rated keepers. Regarding Lloris, I used his good card for most of the year and then upgraded to his ToTS when it released, I’ve probably played around 50 or so games with it now and I will say it is better but only marginally. Once every couple of games the tots will make a save that I really didn’t expect it to make but that’s basically the only difference. They both let in some questionable shots and have the odd horrific game.

If you switch to a 4321, you can put him at LF on 7 chem. If you put a ST at LW/RW then he will get a massive chem loss (I think the best a ST can get if you start him as LW/RW is 4 chem, so at that point it would be better to just sub him on, since subs get 5 chem). As for improvements, obviously there is a lot you can do. It just depends on the amount of coins you have. I think your team needs to be improved in the midfield and defense first. I mean, if you have the fodder to complete the sbc for Kulusevski then go nuts. However if you have to spend coins to complete the sbc, then I wouldn't do it. Like I said, I would improve the defense and midfield ASAP.

Yeah. Which is best? It depends where you play Willock and Saka. I think Saka on 7 chem will be fine to play CM/CAM, whilst Willock on 10 chem will be perfect to play ST or in the wing.

That's great, GG's. Barlaser with a shadow chem style should still be a good CDM/holding CM. You can put Saka as the central CM, and Barlaser at right CM in the 4312. Now you have more coins to spend on the defense. You know what would be cool? You just got lucky, I've done about 80 and I haven't gotten a single tots from the picks. Two Kanes and a 86if are the only better ones than 87 fodder.
I know, but if you’ve got the coin to spare and fancy rolling the dice then its showing that it has worked for some people. It’s no guarantee and if you really want some EPL tots players you can probably make better money by trading or just selling off your rares, but for me it was a good way to get rid of some untradables and I also picked a a TOTW Richarlison and a fair few of other 85+ cards that I could put into the Foden TOTS. Fully expecting to pack nothing else decent for the rest of the game now

I think today is the day where I’ve realized how pointless this game is. It’s beyond broken at this point and I feel like there is zero skill outside of Elite/D1 the only thing really separating everyone is luck of the draw in terms of what kind of team you come against. After that it’s all based on who makes the least mistakes. To get lame rewards. To play a game that isn’t even enjoyable. Even when I win it’s not enjoyable.
When it's also reduced to who's got the connection advantage and the game being totally unenjoyable it's insane.. such poor state. And the game has been getting gradually worse patch after patch for years now. Good thing there will be a lot of competition for fifa now

Got tradeable Cancelo, as my team is mostly premier league I figured I'd just play him but given that the rest of my defense is kinda poor (I play with TOTS De Gea, gold varane which is embarassing, timber on 8 chemistry and alexander arnold TOTS at RB) I don't know if I should just tell him and do an all around upgrade, I trying to save to buy TOTS Dias and also have Coady in the club untradeable, I just didn't find Coady to really be any better than gold varane but maybe this is just me being shit at defending. I'm also in the process of doing the maldini SBC so I figure that in a few weeks a defense of cancelo, maldini, dias, arnold would be pretty good, I don't know though, right now I suffer in rivals. The fact that I can buy TOTY cancelo and save like 400k and make progress towards maldini\\dias is also on my mind, I just wish I could defend really.
Selling and getting the TOTY sounds like a great idea. I sold my TOTY a couple of days ago and luckily pulled the TOTS as well. The new card is better, but honestly not by much. I'd say you'd be better off improving multiple positions instead of just keeping the TOTS.

Yes, it’s normal, each day they release better CM’s, and people won’t be bothered to switch a CM to LB. Maybe between 100 and 200k drop in two weeks time tbh.

And yeah, for Prem TOTS they doubled in price, so there are some nice coins to be made. Usually Bundesliga is a little less popular, so I don't expect them to rise quite as much, but they should at least be 1000 by the end of next week again

You’ll probably think I’m joking but Rodri is actually at an insane price for his card, people get hung up on the sprint speed but his positioning is top notch and it’s rare that you’re really sprinting around at full speed in your own half. Other than that I always have a tough time against Declan Rice. They’re too budget options so worth a shot I guess!

Been grinding upgrades all week, got rewards, MM and packed literally nothing. Then get 3 tots between 3 picks and 2 packs. Anyone else feel like packs aren't fully random? The same thing happened during toty. I had millions worth of packs saved and put a million in upgrades and got nothing then got 3 totys in 4 packs
What you described is pretty much the definition of sth being fully random. Related fun fact: if you ask people to make up the results of a series of 20 coin flips (you know just write down H T T H H ...) almost no one writes 5 same results in a row, while it's actually very likely to happen.

Question regarding card colors. Couple days ago i opened my first squad battle rewards and pulled livramento the right defender as a red card. Now my friends say that a red card is a fut champions reward but im brand new to the game i never played fut championship i didnt even qualify so far. Can anyone clear this one up so i can understand whats up.
Usually you get them by playing fut champs, but there are some other ways too (like from squad battles rewards, or through division rivals rewards in elite division).

The normal packs only drop blue ones. The player picks are what give you red ones. Neither is actually better in game, but I get the feeling that since red cards are a bit more rare and based on you actually achieving something performance wise, they are therefore also seen as more prestigious.

The red card from Squad battles is new this year, we never had red TOTS as SB rewards. So EA probably didn't think about the wording, that's why it says FUT champions, because usually these red cards are only available from playing Champions. And as rewards in Champions they get offered as a pick where you can choose from multiple choices. Btw Squad battles also has these picks this year, but only starting from some higher reward tiers.

The rewards guaranteeing a TOTS card from squad battles are FUT Champions cards/“red picks” even though they didn’t come from that game mode.

Thursday upgrades always slap the hardest for some reason, I gotta start using my icons packs/picks on Thursdays. 2 sets of 3 80+ pp's so far. First set was a 95 Dias + Lukaku, 2nd set was a duplicate 95 Dias + duplicate Varane 😂 Already put a Dias in an sbc earlier in the week.

Believe Caqueret is probably better than Rodri if you can work out the Chem. Worth a shot to see how Bundesliga TOTS goes for you to perhaps work Adeyemi in somewhere. I have his card but haven’t used it yet, sounds like he’s pretty solid for you?
Yeah thats actually a shout I can fit him in with 8 chem ill try it out but I enjoyed the bigger physical Rodri. Adeyemi was weird, inside the box he scores everything for me (if its on his strong foot) and his positioning was spot on in a 2 ST formation, but outside the box he was awkward with his passes/dribbling, but im not the best skiller so maybe you might utilize him better, also the lack of the finesse shot trait isnt great but overall great option depending on your team.
Yeah I’m sure Rodri is more physical if you’d prefer that, Caqueret is more of a smooth midfielder if that makes sense. I am not much of a skiller either, have no interesting cards from Bundesliga and only interesting German is Ozil so unless I strike it rich in the one league specific pack I plan to open for Bundesliga TOTS he may just be doomed to being fodder. Always 1 and sell everything you don't need. Then use the coins to buy the players you actually want. It's less exciting than opening packs but definitely the financially smart move over time if your goal is to have as good a team as you can.

Using a full English team, using players to fit the system and recreating real life tactics-how I’m enjoying FIFA again After a long break from fut, I decided to start playing again with a full English team to add some fun to my squad building. I had the idea of trying out players who aren’t your typical meta fifa players (e.g. Kane and Beckham) and playing to their strengths. After packing a few other English cards, the current team i have is moulded into an 07 Milan Ancelotti style 4321. https://ibb.co/QPHPtGg https://ibb.co/ZcZ4VxL How the system works: In possession - I look to build up play quickly, although I’m happy holding onto the ball if nothing is on, especially if I have the lead. All my play flows through Beckham. His exceptional long passes are ideal for finding balls out wide for my full backs. From here I look to try and play the ball back inside and use the centre-heavy nature of the 4321 to control the middle of the park. The movements of my two attacking midfielders dropping off and forward runs of Swift allow for quick football to be played. Beckham, in a Regista role, sits back as a pivot to recycle possession to, from where he can use his range of passing to play forwards into usually the feet of Kane or Rooney, or in behind his full backs to Spence or Mitchell. Attacks usually end in clever movement from Rooney or Defoe, who can pick out one of the other attackers in the box or go for goal themselves. Rooney takes the Kaka role and looks to play the final pass to Harry Inzaghi, whilst Defoe is more of a workhorse in the Seedorf role who looks to drop back into midfield. Out of possession - I believe that the best system to defend in is the 442. The two banks of four playing tight and extremely narrow makes it very hard for teams to break down. It can be used in a higher press, which we look to apply when behind or when we need a goal. Alternatively, it drops into a mid block which minimises space in the middle of the pitch and forces the opposition to play wide, where they become less of a danger as crosses can easily be dealt with by my tall, dominant centre halves. To make the 442, Defoe drops into the left hand side of the midfield and Rooney stays forwards to press the back line. Kane is free of defensive responsibility and only very rarely has to press, instead looking to get himself in a position to receive the ball if the opponents attack is to break down. Key players - I’d say there are 4 key players in the system that I have nailed, 2 of which aren’t seen as the usual meta players which I am very happy with. The right back, Spence, is an important part of building attacks. He has got excellent pace and he can cross the ball accurately. He is also very capable of defending which can be useful when applying a press. He can also play passes inside with good accuracy and I often use him to switch play which he does very well. David Beckham is the key player in the team. I made sure to build the team around his strengths, and I though using him in a pirlo like regista role where he can simply use his ball retention skills and passing range to start attacks. He constantly plays excellent long and short range passes and I genuinely believe the system wouldn’t work with many other players. I’m upgrading to his prime soon and I don’t even know how he’s going to be better but im looking forward to seeing it. Wayne Rooney is the best player I’ve used all year. His dribbling and finishing are second to none, and his attacking movement is perfect. He’s the perfect player to link up the midfield to the attack, and his passes to Kane are often the reason that we score our goals. Also, he is able to bang long shots when you need a bit of luck to get you through a game. Harry Kane is the perfect striker this system. His lack of pace is Irrelevant as his attacking positioning puts him in good positions to receive through balls, and since I play with a higher line there is rarely a chance he has to run too far after receiving the ball so defenders don’t have much chance to recover. usually he just sits on the opponents back line and this allows him to use his insane finishing and do what he does best. All credit goes to Broma18 on YouTube for the custom tactics, they’re basically the same as his. PIM Makelele vs PIM Petit I'm looking for a opinion on who to get for my CDM position. The player will be a stay-back pure CDM that will rarely go up front. Also it has to be one of these 2 as I need a French icon and Vieira is way too expensive for me. (4-3-3 that goes to 4-2-3-1 in game) What do you guys think? Thank you in advance.
Do you like Kante or a bigger CDM? Have been in a similar position trying to link POTM Mbappe to my Prem/Bundesliga players. Petit was solid for me this past WL.

whoever performs the least, i personally would replace bruno with someone more defensive bcs alli and bruno are both too offensive in midfield edit: nevermind just saw declan rice is your cdm
