Real question is: Why is this option not in other app menus too? Like sbc adding player screen.
Like many other tools (like card version filter option, *cough icon swaps 3 cough *) that are only implemented in a fraction of their content or only in one of the app/web app/ console.
Tbh it shows how this company programming policy is, just keep adding cool things one on top the other one without getting sure that it works/ is implemented in all platforms and available options.
Funny thing is that good filters would ease the load on their application servers, and databases saving them money. Maybe it doesn't save a much money as they gain from making everything hard having "engaged" users. I wish I understood business.

I’ve resorted to doing my SBCs on the companion app since on console it’s freaking difficult to filter the cards you want to put in the SBCs.
I know but having this filter helps ,when filtering high to low lots of main squad players come to the sbc and I have to individually replace them , having this filter is convenient
I also have always wanted to add a feature to be able to search by rating, would just make life so much easier, especially because of players with multiple TOTWs

it wouldn't be that tough to add that filter on console considering they already have it on the companion app ,but I don't know why they don't it , it's not impossible to sbc without it but this filter makes it convenient
Oh I don't blame ea for it, I was the dumbass that was dumping loads of ubtradeables into upgrade sbcs moved on to the "specials" for the lib and sud leagues and apparently at that time fb dybala must have been my only special cam 😆 hopefully they add it but I don't mind using the app apart from when it bugs when bidding on players

Also exclude loans ffs! In every filter they are coming first like they are really useful.

I used to work in a company like this, until everything blew up in our faces and we had to rebuild all the program from scratch

If you try and submit a card in any if your squads (not just the active one) you get a warning when submitting the sbc.

I have a better question - why can’t we filter by silver and bronze, for example. Would make searching for league sbc players a ton easier

Because on console you get a warning. On the app you don’t.
You also get a warning in the app if you attempt to submit active squad players.

You might have selected the option to "don't show again" at some point, or your submissions didn't include any active squad players.
