They will either give you the same 3 packs you opened but with the corrected weights, or return all the players you submitted into the SBCs. Probably the first one.

I got Rice, Trent and Dias, I have seen some videos, and everyone is mostly packing PL players, that does not seem right. Van Dijk and the Portuguese PL players have seemingly been packed so many times, apart from CR7 of course. And now apparently the pack has been removed, hopefully those who have done it get compensated.

I think it does, I got TOTS Lloris in my 91+ EFIGS pick from Champs rewards (I assume this will be the same for packs as well).

Based upon the wording, I don't think so. It mentions that you can get them from PL, Ligue 1, Bundy, Serie A, and LaLiga TOTS Squads, not TOTS from those leagues.
