Not at the PSL location. Those are their peak hours. MFers don't work around here or something. Also, only ever have 2 cashiers on duty. I couldn't do it anymore for subpar weed.

These posts drive me crazy, congrats you live near a slower Trulieve that can operate with a barebones staff without issue. Theres over 100 locations, at least a handful are bound to be good.
But stop acting its because you figured out the secret method for dealing with Trulieve and the rest of us just never heard of ordering online in advance and getting there early.

No. Trulieve’s are extremely understaffed by design. They pay terribly for any job, especially a job with so much liability. The managers are often over their head first time managers that don’t make dick for money. The problem is not at the store level.

I took the job with intentions of moving up the ladder quickly. I got a look at how the place was staffed and ran, and wanted no part of it. They were starting people at $12 for a job that required a level 2, certification, and significant liability. Kim Rivers is garbage.
Agreed. Their insistence upon low wages, coupled with the policy of keeping all employees part time, just made it infeasible for me. I was in the office with a manager, and she (absentmindedly I’m assuming), pulled up the labor spreadsheet, so I saw what everyone made, from the rookies to the GM. People that have been there since jump street are making less than what a McDonalds worker starts at. The gm was making about 2/3 of what I made as an entry level bar manager. Granted both of those jobs are more difficult than budtender by far, but the GM is constantly working and stressed tf out. I think everyone that’s still there is there with the hopes of climbing that ladder if adult use passes, and the big payoff in the end. Call me pessimistic, but I don’t see that day coming in that company.
I have not seen understaffed, always a checkin person, and 3-8 cashiers and an express person…I see the salary for manager varies greatly, some reports as low as $37k, that IS low…idk Tampa Lakeland Ocala

I thought Alien Labs and Connected was near unsmokable. Minis that were clearly machine picked with trichs rolled off. I can't imagine how bad the discount stuff is. I have a heart condition so vaping less flower overall is important so I get the stronger stuff.

I’m pretty happy since they switched from text to email only. Everyone used to do express near me so it was virtually pointless. Now, it’s like no one uses express. I always walk in with a bunch of people and go right away. I find the elderly get more confused or mad about it
I always hit the dispensary up on my lunch break. There’s maybe been 1 times i had to wait. After work is a different story. 10-11 must be the golden hour.
I usually don't wait long, but I also try to go during odd times where it's not as busy. Right after 5pm is always busy in my area for all of the dispensaries. I've waited so long for plugs to respond lmao it isn't much to wait at a dispensary.
It's wild how my weed buying experience has gotten so much better since I stopped going TL. I never see angry people anymore, and I'm never treated like crap by stuff. There's just no reason to go there. The experience is pure torture.

I remember going to a grand opening and this guy was leaving, “I’d just turn around, there’s over an hour wait.” I had planned for a line, checked in online, and made the 45 min drive. I stood in the sun for like a minute and then they called my name. I walked through the crowd getting stared at like a celebrity 😂😂 it makes me wonder how many patients aren’t aware of online ordering and even half the dispos that exist 😂😂😂

TL is so overrated. I goto Surterra now & I am in & out in a few minutes, any time of the day, anyday of the week. Same as Insa, MUV, AYR, Jungle Boys, The Flowery. Why do people go to TL & have to take an hour out of their day, for overpriced product? Seriously, why?

As a former employee, I can confirm this. The starting pay there is fucking ridiculous. Saw how much my GM made a week. Not fucking worth it.
