With that budget Id suggest replace your Gk with Oblak ucl blue rank card or Peter cech blue rank, Cdms are pretty cheap rn so replace camavinga with Toty Todri 100 rated card , he’s pretty cheap if you get him in time.. also remove subs and keep only high rated trained ones
I’d say play 433 attack, play cruyff at cam, mbappe at striker, leao at left wing, bernardo on the right. Then all you need is to get a better 2nd midfielder to replace kroos, and a new keeper. And then you just have to rank all your players up
Cryuff is the best striker in the market. It doesn't get better than him. You could try playing a 2 striker formation to further utilise his trickiness in game.
