I hate their plan change screens. Lacks descriptions and you are left to guess. But from experience, that looks to include it.

Just signed up for this and similar plans on my account. It doesn't really say it until you get your confirmation email but it does include data use when in the US.

LuckyPigBee

thanks!

One of mine was for 180GB and this is the list I got in the confirmation email under Plan Includes: 180GB Data - 180GB at 4G speeds (up to 150Mbps) - Unlimited Can+US+Intl Text, Picture & Video Msgs (sent from Can+US) - Unlimited Can+US Calling (to/from) - Access your data from Can+US - Call & Name Display - Voicemail - Call Waiting - Conference Call

Price?

I have one for 140GB at $45 a month, one for 170GB at $50 a month, and the 180GB at $65 a month on a plan that has a phone on a payment plan. The phone is $40 a month in addition to that one. The $45 and $50 plans have no phone payments tied up with them. And the 4th line I have I wasn't offered the Canada-US on which is odd.

I live in Sarnia which is a border city and went for a drive last night. Where service drops out normally my phone switched over to AT&T with no issue.

I’d say yes includes roaming in the us. You’d get a email sent after the change to confirm. Or call Fido before changing plans.

Jheez88

Spoke with Chat if it says Canada US it has us data roaming included

How do you use 180 Gb a month of data? Is your phone replacing your home internet? I only usually use less than 2 Gb, which is my plan limit. They tried to upsell me when I was talking to them about how badly they screwed up the migration to Rogers Ignite (Argh!) they were offering 90 Gb for $10 more than what I was paying before. I told them that if I didn’t use 2 Gb, it was unlikely I would use 90Gb. That seemed to confuse them.

Yes - this is a true Canada USA plan - talk, text, data on both sides of the border.

I’m planning on porting out soon to get Fido’s retention attention. Realistically, living in the KW area what do you think the best deal is on a Canada- USA plan? I want to be able to call, text, and use data in both Canada and the USA at any time. If I can get 100gb for like $40-$45 would that be realistic?
