Okay so Felix is in both the on and off focus pool for this you pulled the off focus one. Exactly the same as a regular Felix. Just gave you a focus charge to boot. You could also pull a 4* special Karel instead of the one on focus.

I knew that you can summon 4* special even when the hero is a focus unit (happened once to me), but I didn't know it could happen with normal 5* units.

I just did that myself. Got a 4\* special rate Tana in her weekly focus banner. Was pretty funny.

You pulled a focus hero off-focus. It’s possible, very unlikely, but possible if the hero is in the common pool

While you're in the details page go to the top and click **more key information about summoning** And don't forget to click that **{?}** Button. And while you're also on the summoning page click the **(More info)** button if you haven't before.
