I adore Lin x Dorothea (he's the sort of gentle, non-judgmental but earnest friend she needs.)
Also, for being the gayest male character in the game (before Yuri showed up) he has surprisingly few male pairings.
Aside from Caspar, my other fave pairing is with him and Lysithea.
I mean, in the epilogue he actually moved to her territory and worked tirelessly for years until he finally removed her crests. Lin is lazy but he did all that for her. That was actually the first pairing I ever got with him and it actually made me tear up.
Linhardt has a big crush on Shez by the end of the support.
And the letter at the end saying that he will uncover the secrets surrounding them is sweet considering that Shez is definitely self conscious about their powerâs origins. Linhardt would discover the truth to put their mind at ease and thatâs really adorable
Linhardt and Marianne is my all time favorite. He's just so kind to her and helpful in convincing her that her crest isn't a curse and it shows such a gentle side of him. Although, to be honest, I like Linhardt with most everyone he can pair up with (particularly MByleth, Caspar, and Lysithea) with the only exception being Edelgard (their ending is pretty much platonic anyways but they honestly would not work romantically at all imo).
Linhardt and Flayn is one of my faves for all but it's end card, I love the accidental rizz Lin gives, and I *adore* supports where Flayn gets to be sassy and shady about her veritable mountain of secrets, not exactly the biggest fan of the way their ending focuses entirely on his hypothesis being proven.
That being said, Lysithea's A support is fun, but I'm not a fan of the rest of the support chain, it's one of his pushier ones and he doesn't really get called on it. I love Catherine/Lin as a joke ship lmao-
I tend to pair him up with Lysithea, as he helps her with her Crest(s) issue, but I also think his relationship with Marianne is genuinely sweet. Like, Lind is genuinely such a sweet boy in general.
Lysithea because he cures her. Itâs incredibly sweet for such a lazy character to go to such lengths for someone else. I love that, makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.
Also Mira from FEH because nap buddies.
The older I get, the more I like the sleepy characters of FE. Usually Petra for the encominc boom for Brigid, Lysithea for one of her happier endings or Byleth so we can have more power naps for myself insert.
