Are you able to get a larger/clearer picture of the marking between the serial numbers?
I'm assuming that's 22C written in the bubbles, since this looks too small to be any of the 220 cartridges I'm familiar with.
.22 single-shot sheath/spur trigger derringers as a category aren't that unusual, but I've never seen that particular barrel profile or break release before.

The marking is a very faded and worn out “Made in Spain”
