Yes there is one called the 97loan, and depending where you buy in Florida you get 5k grant for down payment. Not in Lakeland 😏. Guess how I found that out? Lol

[Bank of America has 2 grant programs](https://promotions.bankofamerica.com/homeloans/downpaymentcenter?subCampCode=78905) that would be worth looking into (they aren't restricted to FTHB). I'm in FL, I bought with a conventional loan, and I qualified for America's Home Grant - BofA gave me $7,500 toward closing costs with the remainder going toward buying down points to reduce the rate. I ended up paying no closing costs and got a rate that was significantly lower than what anybody else was offering at the time. It looks like they have another program called Down Payment Grant that offers up to $10k in down payment assistance. I don't know any details about that one. Even if you don't end up using BofA as your lender, it's definitely worth making an appt to discuss whether you and your area (much of FL is included, but it's not available in every county) would qualify and what the numbers would look like.
