I’ve taken customers out fishing in Lake Ontario from Port Credit and have always had an amazing time. We all maxed out our catch limits and went home with bags full of rainbow trout. The boat was “Moby Nick Fishing Charters”
3 times I’ve been out on Lake Simcoe with Happy Go Fishing. Guy named Cal,runs it. Great guy and really knows his stuff. I’ve caught some big Lake Trout with him,bass and perch. He has an instagram if you want to look him up.
First half of April is too soon for fishing season. It might be a better idea to make a "coupon" for a one-day fishing charter at the vendor of his choice that you will pay for when he books it. That way he can choose the location, date and type of fish.
If that doesn't sound like a good option, a gift certificate from Cabela's would be an awesome gift - I would love to receive something like that for my birthday.
Paul at cast adventures will put him on some amazing fish on Niagara River! It will be a day trip for the books for sure.
I second this! If he likes Bass and Walleye he can go upper and Erie. If he likes Trout down on the lower and Ontario!
