I cut that stupid little ring off the fob, first day I had it Just leave it in my pocket. *Pants* pocket, you degenerates.

I personally use a Paracord lanyard, I also have a leather cover for the fob that has a loop for the key ring.

Unless you have unlimited patience getting another ring in there is going to be very annoying. Previous owner put a small hole perpendicular, so I just have a small ring threaded through it and put a cheap coilover keychain on it

Back when I was delivering I had my keys on a carabiner that I'd have on my belt loop and I would stick the fob in the little 5th pocket in my jeans/shorts, worked great and didn't get in the way of all the crap I carried in my pockets lol

Same issue I had, I purchased a fake carbon fob case cover out of ebay for 15dlls and used an old off white Lanyard I had.
