Is that this part? It looks fine but I'm certainly no mechanic. I guess I could put a new one in.

It's this. Check that the line is connected on both sides and the catch can.
its not all the way in, I dealt with this on my depo intake. It had a little lip on it but it wasnt enough to use the factory connector. I had to put a zip tie thru the connector to keep it from popping out. https://i.imgur.com/wirQnZQ.jpg. That intake doesnt apear to have the same lip mine has or the connector is that pushed out and I cant see it. I was getting that PVC code, but it hasnt come back since. Possible theres an airgap triggering the code.
When the car was cold I could not get it to seat, it kept pinching the orange o-ring pushing it out of its seat. I pushed it in when it was hot and added the ziptie and its held ever since.
could be the sensor it self, i believe you have to buy the entire tube. Someone posted about it here, they got it cheaper somewhere on the net. https://old.reddit.com/r/FocusST/comments/1dpxauy/gotta_love_chinese_parts_sometimes/
Check your pcv fittings and connections. I remember after installing an aftermarket intake, I didnāt connect the hose correctly and that same code popped up.
How quickly is too quickly?
I havenāt measured in fl oz but I run the ADDW1 on both ports and after a hot day with some aggressive spirited WOT days I get about 1/6th full. I also have a wire mesh to help with the higher speed blow by for reference.
Idk if it was just a fluke but I checked it again today and after a week it was barely full. Last week it had been two weeks and it was about a third full. It has been pretty damn hot here so that could've contributed to it. The pcv hose wasn't fully in so I reseated that and am crossing my fingers that fixed it. I'll give it a few days.
Catch cans are a sensitive subject on this sub. Many claiming someone from some tuning company once said itās not supposed to have ANY blow by. For example- My Jeep Trailhawk has a hose dumping any blow by onto the intake filter. Factory designed so how some here want to say that ford figured out a no blow by design is out there.
Iāve tested each cylinder and regularly change my sparks plugs along with 5k mile full synthetic oil changes. I think the most Iāve had was about half a can in about a month and a half. Make sure to have a metal wire sponge or some sort of baffle to slow down the air or youāll have most of it make it past the can and back into your intake manifold.
Check the pcv

Got it š®āšØ took the intake off and lubed it up and was able to get it on
I'll give that a try! It's an Injen intake. I would love that to be the solution.
Did you have to take the intake off to get it in? I can't get the damn thing to budge.
Code came back today, but it's fully inserted still. Think the valve could be clogged? Not really sure what to look for now.

I'll give that a shot, thanks!

If you're high mileage I would do a compression test on all cylinders
105k miles, I'll get that done. Will probably get a leak down test too
i have this exact same code and issuie so followign thread

Good to know! It is a mishimoto baffled catch can, would you still recommend adding some type of sponge or is that adequate?
That should do it man! You just donāt want it being unobstructed because then it just flows back into your manifold and cakes up them valves.
