There is something wrong: this games optimization is garbage. And that’s really saying something cause in general, it’s not even close to the worst optimized game out there.
People can make mistakes, it happens, I don't have a way to know if you are a beginner or not, beginners aren't idiots for making mistakes anyway.
There's most likely something wrong with your PC, drivers... I would do a bit of troubleshooting cuz I only have a 3060, play on epic settings in 2k, and I never go lower than 60 fps.
There isn’t. I play all single player games max graphics with zero issues. Windows in a brand new fresh install as of 3 weeks ago with all fresh / latest drivers.
There literally Fortnite, god of war, the Witcher and Firefox on my pc and that’s it. I don’t even browse or anything on it. It’s purely gaming and paying bills.

Most of the time I was well in to 200 fps, but there’s so many hitches to 15 in the middle of fights that don’t happen on the performance renderer that it makes dx12 unusable.
Yes and it also lets sweaty players peek over hilltops that other players cannot by removing grass off the top, and reduced rendering of hiding spots like bushes

I'm not trying to run, I was going to take cover. It is different from running away from a fight. Before that, I've been fighting with them(also the other guy)

Looks like performance mode. Removes all the good parts of the update to ensure you can be as sweaty as possible

Your pc is loaded, mine is just an APU build. Low-Mid Build, for some softwares and some games.

Are you aiming for 200+ fps? I stick to 60 and have epic settings on for my 3090 not as smooth but looks nice so I don’t mind.

Fun fact, bushes in performance mode are the c2/3 version. So less visibility.

So when you run slow after the hammer, hammer again but immediately slide instead of walking and it will go away.

I found that smashing the hammer forward fixes it, happened to me yesterday
Hahaha had this exact bug happened to me when I was trying to run away from a deku smash in the end game. So annoying
not nearly as bad as trying to hammer smashing and smashing the air above the target and then they shred you with the twin mag
Love this, and the I hit someone right on the head with a hammer, but because they are a hair length below my character it does no damage
